“this is the first time i have ordered from this company and i must say that the staff are very polite and the prices were very good. i had one small problem with the delivery.the staff were on the phone to the courier company straight away and sorted it.well done and thanks.”

“I purchased a bulk bag of slate. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent, the delivery arrived on time and the driver was brilliant......helpful, accommodating and friendly. The slate was good quality although there was quite a lot of very small slate which I was unable to use and had to be sieved to ensure it didn't go on the garden. Obviously this was quite time consuming. I do appreciate that this is a natural residue however you should be aware of this when ordering, factoring in the extra time needed to remove if necessary. Overall the experience was very good and I would recommend this company.”

On all our product pages in the description there is a section about size which says ' Please be aware that there may be a slight variation in the size, shape and colour of this material as it is a naturally quarried product.' “So the company themselves are fantastic, really helpful and great products BUT sadly it is a huge but, the delivery really let's them down. The courier company did not bother to show up the first time ( they said the could not find the house and also had to take a rest so had returned back to the depot which was quite ridiculous) and the second time the delivery man turned up late and was on his own and was also both incapable and unwilling to move the goods himself so I had to get my father had to climb into the back of the truck and help him otherwise he threatened that he would have taken the goods back to the depot again. Real shame as great service when you order but sadly would not use again because of the delivery issues hence my standard rating only.”
