Tldr: Do not ever order from this company. I ordered a Christmas present for a friend on the 3rd of December. On the website they say they need 3-5 days, of course they didn’t deliver in that window. Not only did they not deliver in the window promised, the delivery person said they "delivered" the parcel without any proof, obviously I did not get the product and my Secret Santa still has no gift in February. I tried to tell them what happened, as of the time of writing this, it has been 76 days without any real update from them. They opened a case with Royal Mail and we’re still waiting. Now any decent company would not actually “question” if I am trying to scam them for the insane amount of 64€, any decent company worth a nickel would offer me a refund or a new product and then take the time to resolve this with Royal Mail. But as you can see with my leading up to this, this is not a decent company, this is a company run by kids and/or buffoons. Unfortunately, I cannot rate them less than 1 star, but this has been by far the worst B2C experience I have had in my life. My advice to you, whoever you are, is do not order from this company even if it is the last thing you want to do on earth. Because if you face the slightest issue, you’re on your own, they will take your money, and their sweet time to figure out what to do with it.

Hi Jamil, Thank you so much for your purchase and for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we really appreciate it. I’m very sorry that there was an issue with this order, and for the time it is taking to provide a resolution. You placed an order with us on the 3rd of December and we dispatched it the next day by Royal Mail Priority International Tracked post on the 4th of December. You contacted us on December 26th to let us know that you hadn’t received your order. We checked the tracking number for your order and provided you with a proof of delivery to your office block on the 11th of December, just within our estimated timeframe of 5 working days for delivery to Ireland. We discussed the issue and you said that you had checked for the parcel and couldn’t find it at your office block. It appears to have gone missing at some point after delivery. We opened a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail, and provided you with the case number so you can independently check the progress. In a case where we have a proof of delivery to the address provided we will await the outcome of a lost parcel claim to be determined before issuing a replacement or refund. I appreciate that losing a parcel is a frustrating situation, as it is for us also. We are in close contact with Royal Mail, unfortunately this claim is taking longer than usual due to a backlog on their side. I am very sorry for this experience, it is extremely rare that a parcel goes missing at the point of delivery, and I can assure you that this is not a regular experience for our customers. Looking at our records your order was dispatched from our UK office on 08/08 by Royal Mail international priority airmail. We would have expected this order to be with you by now but using the tracking information we can see this one got held up in customs for a couple of weeks. I can see that your order has now cleared customs and will be with you shortly. I ordered a led whip at the rave cave and did not have a very good experience. The delivery was super fast but I quickly realise i didn’t receive the whip with the good optic fibers. Moreover, the whip handle was not functioning at all. It was a refurbished whip in order to save some money, but everything was wrong with the product I received. I contacted them and they were super fast to respond but I had to exchange many mails to convince them that I wanted to get a whip with the fibers I ordered and not another one, and just a functioning one as well. In the end we agreed that I would send the whip back and they would send me a new one. The problem is that shipping from Switzerland is super expensive and I spent 25CHF to ship it and in the end the rave cave refused to reimburse me more than 12,5€ for the shipment. In the end, I got my whip with two weeks delays and lost 13CHF for a mistake that came from their side. I know error is human but I shouldn’t have had to pay more for their own error.

Hello! Thanks so much for your purchase and for taking the time to leave us some feedback, we appreciate it! This was quite a complicated case where you had purchased a refurbished unit of the space whip remix however we accidently sent you the more expensive model with a slightly different fibre head. We acknowledge this was our genuine mistake and understand how frustrating it must have been to receive something you weren't expecting. We sincerely apologise for this and immediately offered to assist you with an exchange as soon as we were made aware. It wasn't until later you reported an issue with your torch head. Again we offered an exchange and let you know how much we would be able to cover in shipping costs to send it back to us. This was calculated based on the amount you paid for shipping on your order (12chf) which we thought would be sufficient. When you emailed to advise us that you had shipped the whip back to us we were surprised to hear that it cost more than we had advised we would be able to cover. This was due to you using a more expensive shipping service. After checking the going market rate we agreed to provide an additional payment (2chf). In addition to this, the replacement unit you received was brand new, rather than the discounted refurbished unit than you paid for. We had hoped this might make it up to you for sending the wrong variant of the product in the first place. We are deeply sorry for the issues with this order but hope you are happy with the replacement new unit that you received. If you would like to order with us again we would like to offer you a discount to make up for this experience. Many thanks and best wishes,

My product got stuck in customs due to The Rave Cave didn't paid the export taxes. So everything you buy, add on 10 € to get your product...

When a package is delivered internationally it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges may be due once the package arrives in the destination country and may require paying before delivery. The Rave Cave is a small business operating out of the UK. We are unable to calculate or pay import charges on behalf of an international buyer. We have previously discussed this issue, the reason you did not receive your glasses is because when you entered your address on our website your did not provide your house number, the postman was unable to deliver your items with the delivery information that you provided.
