I ordered a led whip at the rave cave and did not have a very good experience. The delivery was super fast but I quickly realise i didn’t receive the whip with the good optic fibers. Moreover, the whip handle was not functioning at all. It was a refurbished whip in order to save some money, but everything was wrong with the product I received. I contacted them and they were super fast to respond but I had to exchange many mails to convince them that I wanted to get a whip with the fibers I ordered and not another one, and just a functioning one as well. In the end we agreed that I would send the whip back and they would send me a new one. The problem is that shipping from Switzerland is super expensive and I spent 25CHF to ship it and in the end the rave cave refused to reimburse me more than 12,5€ for the shipment. In the end, I got my whip with two weeks delays and lost 13CHF for a mistake that came from their side. I know error is human but I shouldn’t have had to pay more for their own error.
