“Unfortunately the custom in Bulgaria put Vat. And because of that the shipping took 28 days. The glasses are wonderful very bright effect.”

“I bought ear defenders for my 9 year old little girl. They are fab, and just what she needed. They came with a friendly message on the delivery note which I thought was a nice personal touch from the company. Just shame the colour option didn’t quite match the pictures I was expecting a light green/turquoise colour but got an army green colour so she thinks they look a little boyish. Other than that all good.”

“Awesome website, everything was great and I appreciated the hand written note and the extra paper glasses put in my delivery. I gave them as a 'gift from a stranger" to a couple at the rave🤣 Only constructive criticism is to add dimensions of the glasses/products to the description. Cheers 🤙”

“The storage compartment is very narrow and only fits a skinny roll, not a bad thing on its own however it is not long enough for a full big skin, I found 2/3 of a big skin to be the best size. Other than that the price is a bit steep but they are high quality. BTW The hand written note in the package made my day so thanks you.”

“great customer service, quick reply to my question about postage, and it was fast postage as promised! good product, works well, people had lots of fun and the frames were sturdy enough that hopefully people will hold onto them. competitive price. The only downside was we were really disappointed with the amount of single use plastic that arrived. we ordered a large number of glasses and each individual pair came in its own plastic bag. and then they were grouped in more plastic bags. The glasses being individually wrapped seemed unnecessary for a product that is not made to last anyway. this unfortunately will be enough to stop us being a repeat customer I think.”

The standard wrapping option ensures that the glasses can fit in your pocket and stay in pristine condition until the time of use. We do appreciate that if you are handing them out in bulk that you will want to keep waste to a minimum, this is why we also offer an unwrapped and unfolded option. I will reach out to you via email directly so that you know how to order this product in the future. Regarding your comments about the glasses not being made to last, we absolutely disagree! The quality of our paper frame diffraction glasses is truly unrivaled, we use a thick cardboard stock and treat them to be water resistant so that they can be used again and again!
