“Ordered 1 item and after 2 weeks (almost 3 now) the package hasn't arrived yet. And it only has to go from UK to Germany”

Looking at our records I can see that your order was placed on the 16th of May and we dispatched it the same day by International Priority airmail. Unfortunately international parcels can sometimes be delayed due to customs processing, it happens sometimes. “High quality products, the chewing gum is the best! The staff is really helpful and very nice on the phone. They take time to listen to you, my English isn't the best, but they sure make it work and explain everything very clearly. During raves in the Netherlands I actively advise people to shop here.”
