I not giving a review i told u wot happened to my back plate and u said u should of told us straight away so very disatified at the minute

Hi. Thanks for the review. We have no idea what has happened to you back plate. We haven't had any emails from you regarding a problem. If there is a manufacturing fault, we always, without exception, replace any faulty plates on a 24 hour basis. If you would like to email us a picture of the plate in question we will look into it immediately.

Plates were sent out too soon, not as stated on the instruction email. I asked for them to be changed from the ones I had selected as my partner didn’t like the style, and was refused, even though we still had not sent off the paperwork to change the plates. Overall efficient company but get your actual plates printed elsewhere and save money as they are over priced. I ended up doing this for half the price and even though I had paid out for the plates. Don’t try to surprise someone, make sure they check the plates first. The instruction/ process email is not accurate your plates are sent out straight away, no time to make any changes.

Thanks for the review, but we are unable to change the style or design of the plates once they are made and dispatched to "your" specifications. It does clearly state that ordered cannot be cancelled or changed so as to prevent issues like this.

Job done but the service was very slow and I had to request confirmation and online receipts on numerous occasions. Was unsure what I had payed for and was left in the dark after the original purchase. Took a few weeks to sort what probably could have been done in a few days however the company is genuine and sorted things with the DVLA smoothly.

Bought my private plates then had to pay for the plates separately then to top it off was asked if I wanted to get them sooner as was told it could take 4 to 6 weeks before they would arrive but asked if I pay another £50 so I could get sooner so I payed then they came next day so if I hadn't paid the extra £50 betting they still would of Come the next day. feel like I've been ripped off I wish I just bought them from the dvla would never use the private plate company again

Hi. You placed the order via easy payments with no deposit on 11th August and we asked if you wanted us to arrange the transfer for you. You accepted the offer and we transferred to you car on the 14th. When you called to pay for the service you asked where you could arrange to get the perspex plates and we suggested Halfords for £33 and £6 for a fitting kit or we could arrange a set for just £20 plus VAT including fixing kit and tracked mail. All in all a bargain we think.

You told me that I would received a email within two days . which I didn’t had phone you to Remind you I got email after 7 days. I paid for number plate to be sent to me which you didn’t. All in all not a great service

Hi Mr Soanes. You ordered the registration P16 HOF from us by phone on the Monday the 3rd August at 2:30 in the afternoon and we emailed a confirmation email asking you to send us a copy of your V5 and driving license so that we could transfer the registration for you via email to save you a trip to the post office and to keep you safe amidst the Coronavirus scare. You did call us 7 days later on the 10th August to say you hadn't received the email so we re-sent it. You then emailed us the pictures we required and we completed on the 11th August at 9:42am. So effectively, we transferred within 24 hours of receiving the relevant information. We don't think a 2 star review is in keeping with that service.

Its such a shame that this customer had the time to write a 2 star review when we reminded him that he hadn't left a review previously, even though we managed to transfer a registration to his car and arrange new plastic number plates within 48 hours.

Very good price... But as you go to the website its made to believe that the plates will be sent to you included in the price. No that's not the case. Its extra. Its also extra for the dvla to sort it. I feel its been a con.

We transferred this registration for the customer within 3 days. His acrylic plates were posted on the 28th May. We don't understand what he means but he hasn't called our office to discuss and issues.

I bought plates from this company and then decided to use their number plate providing service which states that when they recieve your documents they will send out the number plates the same day, however they sent my plates immediately upon my purchase and prior to recieving my documents, which clearly stated in a note it was for a motorcycle, consequently sent me a car number plate for a motorbike, when i rang to try and correct the problem i was met by a somewhat shirty receptionist who wasnt very helpful and then a supervisor who tried to imply it was my fault, after some remonstration i did eventually get my number plate, but would definitely not use this service again, as their attitude was quite frankly negative, i have since bought number plates directly from dvla and used a different number plate providing company which is cheaper and far more friendly!

When we receive an online order, the customer has the opportunity to order acrylic plates if they are wanted. The sizes are clearly shown but there are certain customer s who clearly cant read. This customer purchased 2 registrations J600 BMB and J700 BMB. He chose the same size plates for both vehicles so we posted the sizes that he ordered. He then send us documents for the vehicles but failed to tell us he wanted to save a private plate number that was already on one of the vehicles. We retained this for him at no extra cost preventing him from losing it and arranged a replacement plate for his motorcycle at no extra cost. It really is a simple ordering process if you read the instructions.

I was very disappointed that the extras mounted up after I had agreed to the purchase and had made the payment I would not of carried on had I known the end pice at the time my card details were handed over. or I may of been happier carrying on had I known how much it was going to cost in total before starting. but I will say that the service from the staff dealing with my plate has been exemplary and I can't praise them enough

Great plate, however my personal documents sent to yourself as identification have not been returned in over 4 weeks which I'm now loosing sight of ever being returned and I've had no response from my email querying this which was sent 2 weeks ago. I'm assuming you take peoples money send their plate then all further customer service is seen as not required.

Mr Holden asked us to arrange the transfer to his vehicle at a cost of £19.95 plus VAT. We emailed him the details and when his documents arrived, we called him at 12:16 on the 22nd May to confirm and left a message on him mobile phone for him to call us to pay the fee. We left 2 further messages and as we were unable to contact him we filed his documents away waiting for him to call. He eventually called on the 5th June and we transferred immediately.

I opted for the express service and there was nothing express about it. On payment I was told that it would be done by the following day but this did not happen. I had to check with the DVLA to see if they had received any documents but they hadn't . I was unable to get through on the main line as the office was shut so was given a mobile number which was never answered . I emailed several times and got a response of somebody would look into it the following day which did not happen. I expressed that I would like a refund of the payment for the press service as they failed to deliver but no such gesture , apology or response given. Plate eventually changed over but would have been quicker to do it myself.

Here is the chronological order of the events for his customers registration. 6th December -Customer placed order via finance. 6th December- Customer asked for the full transfer service to be arranged for Christmas Day. 14th December- Customer documents arrived in good time for a complete Christmas Day transfer. Called customer for the service charge of £19.95 plus VAT but no answer so sent a text message asking her to call us. 21st December- Customer called and paid service charge. We confirmed this was a Christmas present so that it would be completed ready for use on the 25th December. 22nd December- Transfer completed to the car at 8:30 am and customer emailed to confirm completion. If the customer had taken the time to check her emails or check the link we provided in the original confirmation email then she wouldn't have had to leave poor review for us. We completed almost 300 Christmas Day transfers and have had no problems.

When I ordered these plates I ordered motor bike plate but was sent car plates now I have to spend more money getting a motor bike plate done as well .I spent good money for a bad service and also sent them 4 messages with no reply but I want 4 more plates but will go to some one who gets it right first time

As you can see from the details below, this is how all orders via the website arrive to us. You did not specify a motorbike plate, which is on the drop down boxes on the page for the plates, you ordered a pair of standard 20.5 x 4.5 for £20.00 plus VAT. PLEASE READ. This customer purchased BO55 PYN on 17/9/2016. He also ordered a set of acrylic number plates as part of the order. As there are strict laws surrounding the supply of number plates, we are can only post them once we receive identification from the purchaser. The identification arrived on 25/1/2017 which was 4 months later and so we posted the plates out. However, in this time, he had moved house and didn't have the sense to inform us.

Well paper work got list .had to pay another 25pounds to have duplucates . And we had paid 20 piunds for the paper work to be done by yourselves so we could havw no plate asap . But it still took at least 5 weeks to complete so lost out financiallt

Yes the paperwork did get lost as this customer decided to send very important documents to us by 2nd class mail when they were clearly instructed to post them by special delivery and then blamed us when they didn't arrive. We tried to help them as best we could but they became rude and aggresive. Once they had arranged replacement documents they then had the common sense to post them to us in the correct fashion by special delivery, and we expedited the transfer in a few days. So their £5 saving on the post actually cost them £25 for replacement V5 and an extra 4 week wait. The other 1100 customers who have left reviews followed the instructions and were clearly more than happy with the service. This really was not our fault and don't think this bad review is justified

We wanted to add to this review. On 4th January Royal Mail delivered the original V5 that the customer sent to us. It was not delivered originally as the customer re-used a stamp from an old letter to post important documents to us.

Got plates as promised but I could have got them considerably cheaper direct from DVLA. Will know next time.

Thought everything was ok till my plates arrived to which I was sent the wrong plate number then after they replaced to my correct number the replacement ones were ordinary plate without the GB & euro badge on that I paid extra for so I've got standard plates on no refund for the extra cost now I got to purchace my plate again with the GB & euro badge on which is going to cost me around £20 to have made so not very happy
