“The transaction was as I expected and trouble free which I thank you for, the problem I have is when I asked if you was sending the V5C for the original plate I had on my vehicle so I could do what I wanted with the VRM as I believed I owned the plate the answer I got was that “” I should have stated I wanted the VRM as that incurs a further payment”” Surely this should have been stated at the time I ordered the new VRM, it feels like I was a little misled about that and to me I think this should have been explained in full when doing the purchase of my new VRM .”

“Thank you all for still working at this time. I did not think you would be able to get it all done till everything was back to normal. My only issue is with my daughter plates . The quality is not very good at 6 month old sat not even on the car.seemed to have faded. So maybe you should look at that.”

“The service was very fast and strait forward, and easy to follow, less than 7 days from start to finish, amazing, we had the plate comp do all the paperwork and provide the plates which made it very simple, only criticism would be I would like to have received an invoice /receipt by e mail setting out our expenditure and a breakdown of costs for this, otherwise superb service.”
