“Was really pleased with how quick the turnaround was and with the quality of the plates only down side was left in the dark and didn’t get any up dates on what was happening and How far down the line my order was completed”

Hi. Thanks for the review. We did inform you on the 5th December that your car wasn't taxed. Once taxed, you then asked us to transfer in readiness for Christmas Day. We completed the transfer on the 23rd December and emailed you to say you could use it on the 25th so we are confused as to why you were in the dark?

“Quality of product excellent, however screws that came with it were not the same quality nor were they the correct screws. Also cantering the end caps needed to be a good guess without a template. A short instruction note with this template would solve this. Latter 2 items were annoyances rather than critical hence the 4 score”

HI Terry. Yes we can see you made an offer on W19 TEL which we emailed you acceptance of your offer but then you ordered T999 WOT so we assumed you preferred the cheaper option. Apologies.

“Very easy and did exactly what they said. Would have been 5 stars, but waited a little longer than the stated wait, however I can see that a Christmas rush would have easily been the reason. My email was answered quickly and appropriately when I asked for information regarding my plates. Would recommend without hesitation.”
