“Ok but when I ordered the plates from them they sent me both plates the same size same as a car but mine I square on the back Didn't notice until they arrived but was give the option on size so had to buy a rear plate from a motor discount shop Just something to think about if you buy the plates of them”

“The service I received was good it just cost about (in my case)£71.00 more than doing it directly with the DVLC, having said that you get new plates and they do the paperwork. The choice is yours.”

“Hi, when we brought the plate we were on holiday, expecting as it said it would be between 3-7 days for it to be sorted with DVLA, when we received the email saying we had the certificate I didn't look at it until a couple of days later and saw that it had to be used in 3 working days from date this will be 11.35 am wed 24th and as I'm to believe you cant get the plates until you have the certificate? So as it has been Easter we are worried a bit that it will not come in time! What is the procedure for this? Thanks Loretta”

“Decent service, although as the purchaser they didn’t sign the right hand side of the certificate which would enable me to do the changeover with the dvla.”

Hi Darren, The right hand side of the certificate only requires a signature when there is an incorrect nominee name on the certificate. In your case the name was perfectly correct so it did not require a signature. Furthermore, we assigned the registration for you within 4 days of your purchase.

“transferred quickly and please with service Once we supplied all the correct paperwork the Plate was transferred very quickly and all at the agreed price, brilliant. My only gripe was Martyn was slow to respond to emails if at all and people skills 3* in answer could be taken as being rude. But dont let that put you off, I would use them again”
