“Excellent service. One of the items I ordered was missing a component but a quick message to Pi Hut raised a ticket which was promptly picked up and solved. I was very happy with the service and would buy from Pi Hut in future.”

“None of your competitors sold all the items I wanted - so you made my life easier by offering everything in one place for a competitive price. The steps of the PayPal payment process could be smoother. It would be great if you used Apple Pay as well.”

“Apart from the use of RM Tracked 24(TM) which should just be renamed, Tracked Whenever-we-feel-like-it, kit looks good. Came in a no-nonsense package which was suitably secure against the ravages of a dispassionate courier. I'm happy with my purchases and the service so far.”

“Good store with enourmous choice, good prices and quick and well packaged delivery. The only problem with the enourmous choice is trying to find what you want. While the site offers a number of categories and sub-categories, as well as a few filters, those only get you so far. In turn, the free-text search is individual word based, with no apparent advanced features like sentence (quoted) search or such. So if you're trying to limit your search to e.g. "20 AWG" or "4 pin" and yet another term, you will get plenty of results and will need plenty of time to scroll through all of those!”

“Ordered Pi4 Weds. Came next day 1st class post. Worked fine no probs. Only slight complaint is that it came unpacked just in a cardboard box, and from the enclosed instructions should have been sealed in an antistatic bag. But doesn't seem to have suffered.”
