“Ordered a Pi 5 as a kit with SD card already set up. Arrived in very quickly, 2 days later, Royal Mail. The kit was very easy to assemble and get operational. If I have 2 possible minor improvements, would have been nice to have the MAC address(es) printed somewhere (maybe I missed it) in order to add to the network in advance as well as a link/guide for headless set up as both of those would have saved a bit of time.”

“Bought a Home Assistant Green from Pi Hut. Got here in two days and we live out in the sticks in the north east of Scotland. So, very fast delivery. Price was really good too. If anything, I thought that PiHut would be more expensive, being such a specialist firm, so pleasantly surprised. I have the device up and running already and it works really well. A major rabbit hole to enjoy for the foreseeable and extremely useful too. At last I have slain the problem of my EV draining my home battery.”

“Generally good service and a wide range of gadgets. (standard Evri) Delivery is normally within 2 working days. On this occasion it was 3 working days but as it wasn't urgent, that's OK. The website can be confusing and difficult to navigate - it could probably do with some attention.”

“Great piece of kit for someone who either just wants to tinker, or has an actual project in mind. I did have an issue with display out which turned out to be my monitor. When i put in a support ticket, I was responded to within 3 minutes with an actual list of suggestions for things i could try out that dod not feel generic. The support felt like they knew what they were talking about.”

“I ordered a Raspberry Pi DAC Pro along with a HighPi Raspberry Pi 3 Case. Delivery was fast and efficient so no complaints there. The sound quality from the Pi DAC Pro fitted to my Pi 3b is superb and better that I had hoped. My only gripe would be with the HighPi Raspberry Pi 3 Case. I had to 'adjust' it by cutting away some of the plastic to accomodate the connectors on the DAC. I didn't expect to have to do that but once done, everything fitted just fine. Overall, I am very satisfied with my order.”
