Swift delivery and rapid customer service support. Disappointed with the customer service reply in response to a reported defect: the Raspberry Pi 4 I received has a quality issue (PCB edges are rough and burred with fibreglass threads hanging out, which will require manual sanding/filing in order to fit my case properly) and customer service are unwilling to recognise it as such, citing a forum thread in support of their argument and refusing to pay the return postage cost.

I brought the advent calendar for myself last year but I couldn’t get any of the products in the advent calendar to work. So has been of no use yet. I’m hoping I can use the items for others projects. Overall I was very disappointed.

I ordered 2 AA x 3 battery holders. One does NOT work. No connection between cable and its corresponding terminal.

I ordered on Sunday evening and I only realized after ordering that I chose Royal Mail delivery. I reached out to ask to change the means of delivery that same evening and I was told that was impossible. I haven’t received my parcel yet. While the strike isn’t the Pi huts responsibility, the inflexible nature of the service you provide regarding shipping makes me hesitant to order from the pi hut again.

well...this is december the 3th... and i haven't received my christmas calendar yet. Maybe... just maybe you should consider sending a christmas calendar for overseas delivery a little before the 30th November.

I ordered a pre-order product, this was dispatched during or just beofre a postal strike, PiHut sent it via the method they KNEW would be on strike, they should change their postal provider permanently or at least in strike times.

Poor customer support. Wanted to add items to an existing order so as to not pay for shipping again. Not just no, but hell no. I really hope this type of positive customer support works out for you...... Oh and yes, 20 pounds shipping. and all I get from DHell is en route. Nice!

Fan Hat: This is not compatible with the TV hat but there was no mention of this when I wasted my money on it. I know that Pi is a very DIY product, but some indication of compatibility between add-ons would be a great help. I need to cool a Pi4 with a TV hat but there seems to be no working option for this. Money totally wasted !!

Not yet delivered after 2 days, if its not delivered tonight (apparently up to 7:30pm) it wont be delivered till next monday due to postal strike. Next delivery was a large portion of the bill😥

Speedy delivery, very disappointing I wasn't able to edit my order before it was sent out, now i will have to pay for shipping on an item that costs 80p, she shipping costs more!

The experience was good but the DuPont cable I purchased was of poor quality. Too stiff and too hard to use in small spaces.

It was a difficult choice to give a low score this time. **This is rare** Bought the ReSpeaker 4-Mic Array for raspberry pi 4b, having checked it was compatible both with the standard os and the hardware. Turns out it hasn't properly worked with raspberry pi os for some months. Seeed rarely update the drivers, and noone seems to care (apart from a 3rd party who is doing their best). Installing the drivers either from the manufacturer's github or the third party (more up to date; HinTak) you can get the card to be seen, however it causes the lxpanel (task menu) to crash permanently. And even then only two channels show up in audacity. I've lost two evenings trying to fiddle with settings, reimaging etc. at the very least, it should be noted the last working os version!

The products came correctly packaged. One of the items (a carry case) is advertised to not fill with many items to not break the main item (Pi 400), however the pictures showcase an HDMI cable and a mouse and the Pi unit, and in reality there is no way you can even close the case with those in. At the most, you can only fit the HDMI cable and press gently to close it, but nothing more. I ordered through two planned Royal Mail strike dates, but I did not realise until after I placed my order. The website did have a red banner with the information that I read just after placing the order, which is obviously my bad. I contacted support asking whether I could change my shipping method and pay the updated price, and got a quick response saying it was not possible at all (fair) and that there were plenty of warnings on the website (true, but implying I accused the shop of something when I did not, it is my fault). I found this passive-aggressive reply from customer services incredibly poor and appalling, as there was no need to lash out at a customer asking for help and that never accused you of wrong doing. Funny how things are, Queen Elizabeth II died on the day my order shipped and the strike was called off. The banners on the website were not updated and I was also not reached out to say my order would be dispatched earlier than expected in the end. All in all giving a bad lasting impression that will push me towards other suppliers in the future.

I ordered an ESP32-C3 dev board but the 3.3V and GND pin are shorted so it heats up when connected to my laptop. Order #882777.

hi, i'm an international buyer, for my last £170 order I've been charged far more than expected at border check (45%) and the information provided to me in the checkout was very poor about it.. I'll never buy again from you guys, I know about brexshit but this is robbery.
