“The shopping experience was fine. Lots of useful small items useful for Pi projects that I cannot get here in my bit of Scandinavia. Prices a bit keener in the Pi-hut webshop than here for the things I can source locally so I will be shopping at Pi-hut again. OK website, seems to work best in Chrome based browsers but not really usable in SeaMonkey. DHL caused a minor upset as the status was "Delivered" when I checked but there was no information as to where it had been delivered to just the cheerful message "Address unknown" (in German). I had to log into my local DHL site where this information as to where the parcel had been delivered was available and all ended well. I will remember this trick for my next order.”

“Really quick delivery, all products were in good working order and packaged well. Only downside was shipping was rather pricey. That can be mostly chalked up to the distance, but was still more than I was expecting. Overall a really good experience though, would recommend and use again in the future.”

“The pi I ordered arrived very quickly 😁 however there was a lack of choice with regards to those built into keyboards. Maybe stick to be in soon”

“Ultraborg arrived very quickly - helps to be in CB postcode - however, ordering 2 units of MMP-0132 were available but only one could be added to basket. Even after adding one to basket & ordering, a second unit appeared to be available, but couldn't be added/ordered. Since then the final unit appears to have been sold, so likely two accounts trying to access at same time. Caused minor confusion, but understandable.”

“It was pretty snappy, I didn't get into any trouble doing my shopping, I'm very satisfied the only problem that I have, was that I didn't have any tracking or date of the delivery with my package.”

“Some minor problems ordering with Amex card. Although the main website displays as accepting Amex at checkout that is not the case. Other than that delivery and communication from purchasing good to delivery was great!”

“The shop is easy to navigate and the postage was very quick. The only concern I had was that the box containing the Raspberry pi Pico I ordered was loose in a bigger box. Everything works fine thankfully but better packaging would make me more confident.”

“Nothing bad to say - shopping and checkout processes are as short and smooth as they can be these days. Was actually very happy that my small order made at lunchtime on Friday arrived at 11am on Saturday!”

“There are a good range of pi related products to order and browse and are organised quite nicely. Would be a bit better if the pricing was more competitive with other stores e.g. more reasonably priced M.2 drives to make them a bit more accessible to others.”
