“Il start of saying support are really helpful and friendly and responsive if you have any issues, withdrawals are processed extremely fast within 24 Hours depending on your bank it can be real fast (I withdrew £3,500 in April and asoon as it was sent on there side it instantly credited into my bank) I've withdrew several times and absolutely no issues with that! They do have lots of the top slots and I find the slots pay well (most of the time) you also get 100 free spins every day and if you rank in the top 300 you get spins, and all winnings are wager free, they also offer wager free spins on every deposit across multiple slots from £5 -£50 deposits which is really great tbh I've actually won £80+ of the wager free deposit spins and a few times to. Now what I don't like, I've been playing now for over 6 months, and the daily free spins I don't seem to win much anymore and I've noticed every time I do I always seem to win 20-25p and this seems to be every time I've actually won free spins from the 100 daily spins, so 30 spins and won 1-2 times of these and it's always 20-25p... Also I've deposited lots on this site and I have referred 3-4 freinds and a family member I've always give them the referral code you get 100 spins + £10 when they join and deposit £10... Now I've given them the referral codes and I've never been credited with the promotion not once and it's always it wasn't done correctly or some other excuse... They have never honoured it not even as a good will gesture, which after 3-4 referrals and still nothing you would think after a customer who's played with them for 6+ months who regular deposits on there casinos they would do it just for been a loyal customer. Anyways apart from that I don't have any issues, never had any bad experiences or issues, I find the games pay well and you can deposit just £3... (Not many casinos let you deposit just £3) and as I say you can get wager free deposit spins from just £5 and they offer the deposit spins across multiple slots to. But yeah I've not been depositing much last couple of weeks I think it was the fact I actually won 30 spins on the daily free spins and yet again I won 20-25p after depositing frequently over the week and after they yet again wouldn't honour my last Freind referral it soured me and realized they don't really look after loyal customers and wouldn't even add the referrals which it's me that brought new custom. But anyone wanting to play with them should definitely aside form my personal issues I can't fault them apart from that.”

“I love this site so much and have won over £200 more than once and had the money in my account within 2 days, they just need to get starburst and other slots and update it so whatever we deposit we get extra Mr Wonga tickets. Would Highly Recommend”

Hi Julie Thank you so much for your comments. We'd love to get Starburst, but the supplier that offers it is very expensive and its expensive to use and set up . It follows therefore that it would be more expensive for the customer because if they are charging lots to use the game... it must make more money for the casino! We have a lot of similar games - although I appreciate that if that's what you like , its what you like. Re the deposit and additional Mr Wonga tickets - let me see what we can do. I'll raise it with the Dev team. “Really like this casino, it’s one of the only ones I can use my phone bill to play with which is quite handy at times when I feel like playing but my money has been designated to more important things, so I just use my phone bill. The only reason they lost a star is because winnings can be reversed. This service should be removed, it’s the only thing that spoils the experience. Gamblers cannot resist reversing.”

“Quite a good new online casino, withdrawal times not too bad either, 3 days (from clicking on withdrawal) to it getting to my bank account, the site itself could do with some polishing though, sometimes difficult to navigate and getting logged out after making a deposit because you have to click the little X to close the payments window was slightly annoying. Great selection of games and live casino too, this site will become a really good online casino in time and I enjoyed my experience on the whole using it.”
