Hi Severin Thanks for your comments. Can you let us know what games you were experiencing problems with? A fair few games are supplied by other software companies, so if we discover there is a problem with a particular provider, we can raise it with them to see if there were any specific connection problems. Also there is a degree of variance when playing on mobile networks (if that cell is busy due to lots of people) vs wifi. I'm not trying to excuse what happened, merely trying to offer some insight into some reasons why it happens. “The amount of times you have to keep logging in when navigating is annoying and also keep going back to the same place is also annoying. Other than that it’s ok. Although I’d prefer to win more!!!”

“In general the phone casino is a good site, lots of problems with the slots though. Games not loading slow reels my internet isn’t the problem”

“A great choice of games with new ones added all the time. Unfortunately though I frequently experience server connection issues or errors whilst playing that results in games glitching and having to constantly restart from home screen. For example Yesterday I received 10 free spins on a dragons story and I had to restart the game for every free spin I was awarded”

Hi Fiona We are adding more payment options in the not too distant future. I can’t guarantee Paypal will be part of that phase but it is an option we are trying to get integrated. Sorry On the bonuses being added via mobile deposits, sadly this is not possible. The main reason being that the mobile networks make it difficult for us to know if the billing was successful because they can, and do, set different limits on a per customer basis. This often means that a customer thinks that the deposit is successful and when it isn’t and creates complications in awarding spins and thus confusion. For now these real cash bonuses are only available on card deposits. Hope that explains things a little. Kind regards The Phone Casino

“To be completely honest I have just signed up, I’ve verified my ID and sent the email for my address, however I signed up to try the free spins before depositing and I’ve looked for hours but can not find the free spins anywhere. “Sorry to put a downer on all the positivity about this casino but I've put over 100 pound in this and never got my winnings past 20 pound more than I put in at one time so i know casinos are a fix but this is ridiculas and I've played on other no wagering sites and always got over 100 pound so i wont be putting any more money in unless I get some free spins and not on Mr wonga as thats near impossible to get close to winning anything! and I dont even think the results are calculated properly as I had 5 tickets to use kept tracing the points i had got, and I won more points but my place had gone from 10th to 44th in 2 rounds very strange...”

The query with regards to Mr Wonga, the reason your score can go down ( effectively) is because while other people are playing and getting higher scores, your position may change. The end of game screen will only show you your best position relative to all other players. So if your score falls out of the paid prize positions its because other people have scored more than you.
