The games often don’t load very quickly. When finishing a game the home button doesn’t work and you have to log out and sign back in again. Chances of winning are much lower then on other sites

Hi Severin Thanks for your comments. Can you let us know what games you were experiencing problems with? A fair few games are supplied by other software companies, so if we discover there is a problem with a particular provider, we can raise it with them to see if there were any specific connection problems. Also there is a degree of variance when playing on mobile networks (if that cell is busy due to lots of people) vs wifi. I'm not trying to excuse what happened, merely trying to offer some insight into some reasons why it happens. The amount of times you have to keep logging in when navigating is annoying and also keep going back to the same place is also annoying. Other than that it’s ok. Although I’d prefer to win more!!!

In general the phone casino is a good site, lots of problems with the slots though. Games not loading slow reels my internet isn’t the problem

A great choice of games with new ones added all the time. Unfortunately though I frequently experience server connection issues or errors whilst playing that results in games glitching and having to constantly restart from home screen. For example Yesterday I received 10 free spins on a dragons story and I had to restart the game for every free spin I was awarded

Hi Fiona We are adding more payment options in the not too distant future. I can’t guarantee Paypal will be part of that phase but it is an option we are trying to get integrated. Sorry On the bonuses being added via mobile deposits, sadly this is not possible. The main reason being that the mobile networks make it difficult for us to know if the billing was successful because they can, and do, set different limits on a per customer basis. This often means that a customer thinks that the deposit is successful and when it isn’t and creates complications in awarding spins and thus confusion. I’ve played on quite a few online casinos and this must be the slowest yet for payouts. Been told up to 10 working days! Not acceptable when they have he favility to take your money instantly . They need to get online with their competitors who payout within 2 hours
