Hi Russell If you log in and look under the main menu - there are over 100 free spins rewards available. Good selection of games. Made my first withdrawals yesterday so will be interesting to see how long they take. App performs very poorly on phone. I have the latest iPhone with the latest iOS installed. Balance will not load and will show as 0.00 on most games even though you have credit. Have to constantly go back to the Home Screen to see how much balance you have left. Withdrawals could be easier. I had a balance of £150 the other day, clicked on withdraw and the screen made it seem like you can only withdraw the full amount, it’s not until the next screen where u can type in a manual Amount to withdraw. Not realising this I kept the money in my balance and ultimately spent it. If I deposit money with Trustly, I’d expect the option to withdraw via trustly, not have to set up a card (meaning I need to deposit from it) Overall the games are good. Daily free spins are okay. App and website Perform very poorly, not showing in game balances, not allowing landscape gaming. Informed CS about my issues and was greeted with the usual ‘change ur browser’ (even though I told them I was using the app) and ‘delete your cookies and internet history and try again’ from a script even though I had explained to them I had tried all of that

Jamie Appreciate your comments - totally agree with you - the apps don't work as well as the web site itself does. This is partly due to the upgrades and having to support so many versions but nevertheless - we need to improve on that front. We have being playing tag with the app stores to get the latest versions of the apps approved - so in the mean time, please book mark The Phone Casino web site onto the home page of your phone (saves your storage as well) and we'll update you when the new apps are live. With regards to Trustly deposit and withdrawal - totally understand and we are addressing this. Just waiting on a few technical matters to get resolved and this facility will be enabled. It's a nice site with room for improvement. The deposit offers are a bit on the stingy side and you have to deposit and play through a certain amount before getting credited with free spins whereas most places give you the spins instantly. Also i would like to see a deposit matched bonus like a lot of casino's offer ie 100% matched bonus. Also it would be nice if they added new providers to their casino such as Play'n Go ,Netent No Limit City and some of the other big game providers. This casino has the potential to be a great go to casino if it just made a few improvements i certainly would spend more time playing here if it could cater to all my gaming requirements.

Geoff Thanks for your comments. We have just added PariPlay which goes live this week and we are looking at getting NetEnt and some other listed on the site. I would say that the providers you mentioned are expensive - which in tern means - the slots retain more (on average), to enable operators to pay the higher fees - This means less value for the player - ultimately. However, we are working on getting these providers as we should be offering games that people want to play. Hi Ray All the odds for the games are set before we offer them to the public. They are regulated, tested and approved for use by the UK Gambling commission. If you look at our Blog, you will see a guide to slots that also explains volatility. It may be that you were playing high volatility games so the wins and bigger but much less often. Lower volatility games like the exclusive games we have, might be a choice. Always play within your means and for fun. Hi Rachel All deposit money is shown in the cashier or in the My Acccount page in the Main Menu. We also follow up with a free to receive SMS for every deposit. Hope that's ok. I appreciate your comments on withdrawals, but we have to gain certain information from all of our customers so whilst we Age Verify you at the point of entry, we have to update that information, so you will always see a request for additional information until its provided. Don’t agree on the charging fee for deposit in by phone bill. Other than that I’ve had no problems.

Hello Thank you for your review, That's fair comment. I'll give you some background if that's ok? Credit card or other payment providers don't charge us as much as mobile operators / networks. Hence we don't pass on the costs. The worst commission for the mobile networks is in excess of 50%!! That means for Virgin customers who make a mobile deposit of £10, and we give the customer £10 to play with, we only receive £4.60 back when Virgin pay us. So the cost to us is over £5 of free credit to the customer. Basically, it can be too expensive to offer mobile deposits without some form of charge. We appreciate your feedback and if you feel its unfair, please use any of the other deposit mechanisms on offer as there are no charges on them. Hope that gives you some context. Hi Denise The 100 free spins are located towards the bottom of the logged in lobby. Look for Mr Wonga - see picture attached Hope that helps. Can’t open alot of the games, so you have to keep closing the app and signing back in. Very annoying, but payment after making a withdrawal is good, very quick!

Hi Zac Sorry about that, we has a feature but it got taken down as part of a re work of the site. We have some basic filters so you might find the A-Z allows you to sort your games alphabetically and also make use of the Favorites tool to pin your game to the dash board then it will be there for you as a short cut when you want it. The next update we do will have a chili rating to show volatility of games and we'll most certainly be looking to get that search feature back into the website. Sorry once again. The Phone Casino

Very disappointed because i play a lot and do not recieve any free spins or anything similar to that and every other casinos online give me quite a bit and dont spend much with them but with yous i have spent over £3,000 yes i know ive won money back but no frew gifts which im not happy with.

The games don't give enough bonuses. I had a least 350 spins on one game and wasn't even given a bonus how do u make a game like that and don't give the chance for a bonus

Hey Carl Thanks for your review. All games in all licensed UK Casinos, must be independently tested and then approved for use by the Gambling Commission before they are allowed to be released to customers. In that sense I can assure you that the games work as they have been designed and the games you play on our site are no different to the same titles on other UK casinos. That said there are different types of games based on volatility. the easiest way to explain that is some games take ages to give bonuses and wins but when they do they are much bigger wins and bonuses and some games give smaller wins and smaller bonuses more often. Got on some games which were good but loads off the games wouldn’t load so I couldn’t play and when they loaded they wouldn’t work, also the amount off times I had to log on because the home button on some off the games didn’t work so had to clear off phone and start again, I will keep trying as their is a good selection still to try

Second time withdrawing from this site. It’s just too slow, my winnings have been sat in my account since yesterday nearly 24 hours later & they still haven’t processed! This really needs changing, 24 hours later & my withdrawal is still sat in my account, apart from this very good site, and very polite! Just the withdrawal is terrible. I believe 12 hours is enough time to process the withdrawals. I don’t know how much longer I’ll have to wait for this withdrawal to be processed. Will write another review on the withdrawal being processed n how long, to let all other customers know before they deposit money

Great casino love all the games but the only down fall is that I made a withdrawal yesterday of £150 at around 12ish and I changed the amount to £80 this morning. So all I’ve done is change the amount & im still waiting over 24 hours later to get this withdrawal processed. It really shouldn’t matter if you change the amount at all, the time frame should be the same from the first withdrawal. Apart from this good casino but there’s a lot more casinos that pay out a lot faster

The games often don’t load very quickly. When finishing a game the home button doesn’t work and you have to log out and sign back in again. Chances of winning are much lower then on other sites
