Unnecessarily difficult to make a withdrawal requiring photo ID and a bank statement, but won't take a photograph of a bank statement. In an overcrowded market there are better easier options.

Hi Byron The limt doesnt apply when someone wants to close their account - its just there for smooth operational purposes because of the processing costs for depoists and withdrawals. Sorry, we know it can be a pain somethimes but it is applied consistenly to everyone so that we dont have to pick up all the processing costs or pass them on (depoisits and withdrawals both incurr processing fees from our side). Enjoy games and site prmos ain't great hard to find and game specific verifying account is the worsed iv ever seen allowing people to deposit but not withdraw with out having recent bills e mail confirmation ect takes far to long and overly complicated when you have already taken money and refuse to refund till you managed to jump throw all these hoops is not on apart from that good site good games

Hi Robert Thank you for taking the time to write a review. regarding the documentation side of things - it is an unfortunate step, however as soon as you create an account (and this is the same for each and every customer), we serve a notification asking you to send in additional ID so that there are no hurdles at the point of withdrawal. UK Gambling Commission guidance specificaily says that online casinos cannot just ask for ID at the point of withdrawal and again we are required to "upscale" the information we hold on customers to meet out regulatory and legal obligations. The long and short of that is, we are required to put some hurdles in place and that, we understand, creates a burden on our customers, for which we are sorry. Our CS team are concious of this and do their very best to turn things around quickly, as you appreciate sometimes there is a manual process involved and that where some delays have / could occur. Good site for gaming and I like the free daily spins with a chance to win real money; however, there is a £1 withdrawal fee so you lose money instantly from that. Also, you can't seem to opt out of marketing despite unticking the boxes to not receive the numerous text messages they send out on a daily basis. I've even got to the point of trying to switch off emails from them but to no avail. Also there is no live chat facility.

Free spin games are good. Not too impressed with depositing £10 and not being able to withdraw it. Same with a £1 withdrawal fee, what's that all about. Good selection of games but will use one of the big hitters from now on.

Regarding your deposit - and withdrawal - as you can imagine we are heavily regulated and as such have processes that we must abide by when money is deposited and then requested back. - it falls under the Money Launder regulations and the amount is irrelevant, whether is £1 or £1m. We have to obtain information from our customers (called Know Your Customers or KYC). We'd be very surprised if the big hitters (as you call them) do anything different as we all have to follow the same rules. Regarding the withdrawal charge of £1 - yes we do charge everyone the same and we are upfront about that because we use the fastest routes possible to return the money to you. It's bascially because we have super generous deposit reward offers and free giveaways and bonuses, that have NO playthrough and No wagering restrictions. So if you win £100 off a £1 free spin - you can just take the money. Other sites ( including the bigger ones) make you play it between 25 to 100x before you can take that win out and the likely hood is that you will lose it - so whilst they appear to be more generous - they are not. Hi Royston, Thank you for your review. We do charge a nominal fee to make it fair to everyone. As we process withdrawals instantly and process them via Visa direct - it costs us more than we pass on because the money comes through back to you instantly where possible. In addition, we try to be fair to our customers and have no restrictions on bonuses and rewards where we have no playthrough or wagering requirements. I really love The Phone Casino, it's my favourite site to play on. But the very recent changes that have been made are very disappointing for me and I feel due to them I'll be using the site less. However, up till those changes I've had a very good experience. I love the no wagering requirements and all the times I have won. I won last yesterday in fact I wasnt expecting to win as I wasnt feeling it cause of the changes.(before you could spend stand get the free spins of your choice but now I have to choose from the games listed and the free spin offers are rubbish, this would prevent me from spending as much as I did)

We can see you have noted the withdrawal charge - and we hated that we had to implement a charge - it's just that it costs over £1 to process an instant withdrawal. We implement it so that we could improve the customer experience for the better Rather than hide it in the terms we are open ad upfront about it. To balance the equation though we have no restrictions on free spins and playthrough. Hello Yes you can withdraw your entire balance and winnings no issue. Basically, the fastest way to process your withdrawals (all card withdrawals are processed instantly by the way), is to process it via adding your card. We have a min deposit requirement on card of £3 or Euro 3, but that's your money and there is no play through or conditions attached to that so it will be available to play or withdraw. Hi Matthew All regulated casinos - such as our Casino, have to adhere to very stringent testing requirements before any game is released for play in the UK. All the games published have a return to play percentage or RTP and this is the average RTP over millions and millions of spins. Therefore it may seem that whilst you play a game for a short while and you don't feel like your winning, its not because the game maths are not working, its just that a few spins (relatively) out of millions & millions, is not out of range. Hi Charles We operate 2 bonus mechanisms: 1. The 100 free spins daily tournament. When you play, you try to get the highest score possible. If you reach the leader board you can win the free spins and or cash allocated to that position. There is no playthrough or conditions attached to those spins or cash, so you can use them and / or withdraw. 2. Under "free spins" in the "main menu" - there are deposit match rewards - again, whatever you win from the free spins given away, you can withdraw without restrictions. Please be advised that you have set a limit in your account so the system automatically blocks you from placing more bets. You can revise your limits by doing it yourself and the changes take 24 hours to update or contact CS using support@smallscreencasinos.com and they can update the limits for you. Again the chnages take 24 hours before they take effect. I hope this clarifies the issues you were seeing. The issue with certain limits is that when you launch a game - it goes to the game provider but the wallet is controlled by us, so when we get a request to process a wallet transaction ( or bet) our system checks if you have limits imposed and whether it breaches the limit. Its not a great experience, but the game effectively is then stalled from working as the game provider cannot process the bet. Its an anomaly that cant be fixed due to the nature of how the games link up. We are looking at the messaging to see if we can provide better information on next login in however. Hope that helps. The phone casino appears to be quite fun but after using it for several weeks I've noticed a few bugs where if I click between different links it logs me out. Also the £20 minimum withdrawal and £1 withdrawal fee seems a little outrageous when the competitors have neither of these
