Hi Royston, Thank you for your review. We do charge a nominal fee to make it fair to everyone. As we process withdrawals instantly and process them via Visa direct - it costs us more than we pass on because the money comes through back to you instantly where possible. In addition, we try to be fair to our customers and have no restrictions on bonuses and rewards where we have no playthrough or wagering requirements. I think you'll find many if not all other online casinos do have restrictions and caps and playthrough requirements so it is a balance. We hope you see our perspective and hope to see you soon. I really love The Phone Casino, it's my favourite site to play on. But the very recent changes that have been made are very disappointing for me and I feel due to them I'll be using the site less. However, up till those changes I've had a very good experience. I love the no wagering requirements and all the times I have won. I won last yesterday in fact I wasnt expecting to win as I wasnt feeling it cause of the changes.(before you could spend stand get the free spins of your choice but now I have to choose from the games listed and the free spin offers are rubbish, this would prevent me from spending as much as I did)

Hiya We thank you for your open and honest feedback. In respect of the changes you're referring to can you be more specific? We can see you have noted the withdrawal charge - and we hated that we had to implement a charge - it's just that it costs over £1 to process an instant withdrawal. We implement it so that we could improve the customer experience for the better Rather than hide it in the terms we are open ad upfront about it. To balance the equation though we have no restrictions on free spins and playthrough. Hello Yes you can withdraw your entire balance and winnings no issue. Basically, the fastest way to process your withdrawals (all card withdrawals are processed instantly by the way), is to process it via adding your card. We have a min deposit requirement on card of £3 or Euro 3, but that's your money and there is no play through or conditions attached to that so it will be available to play or withdraw. Hi Matthew All regulated casinos - such as our Casino, have to adhere to very stringent testing requirements before any game is released for play in the UK. All the games published have a return to play percentage or RTP and this is the average RTP over millions and millions of spins. Therefore it may seem that whilst you play a game for a short while and you don't feel like your winning, its not because the game maths are not working, its just that a few spins (relatively) out of millions & millions, is not out of range. Equally, as all games are tested as random, there may be instances where you play a few spins & win disproportionately more... like with a jackpot, for example. Over and above independent testing & certification by the UK Gambling commission, there is regular monitoring of each game to ensure that its operating within its RTP range. Hi Charles We operate 2 bonus mechanisms: 1. The 100 free spins daily tournament. When you play, you try to get the highest score possible. If you reach the leader board you can win the free spins and or cash allocated to that position. There is no playthrough or conditions attached to those spins or cash, so you can use them and / or withdraw. 2. Under "free spins" in the "main menu" - there are deposit match rewards - again, whatever you win from the free spins given away, you can withdraw without restrictions. You win an amount and it freezes and doesn't let you spend anymore saying balance too low. Then no games load. Fantastic for winning but you can win any more past a certain point?!

Please be advised that you have set a limit in your account so the system automatically blocks you from placing more bets. You can revise your limits by doing it yourself and the changes take 24 hours to update or contact CS using support@smallscreencasinos.com and they can update the limits for you. Again the chnages take 24 hours before they take effect. I hope this clarifies the issues you were seeing. The issue with certain limits is that when you launch a game - it goes to the game provider but the wallet is controlled by us, so when we get a request to process a wallet transaction ( or bet) our system checks if you have limits imposed and whether it breaches the limit. Its not a great experience, but the game effectively is then stalled from working as the game provider cannot process the bet. Its an anomaly that cant be fixed due to the nature of how the games link up. We are looking at the messaging to see if we can provide better information on next login in however. Hope that helps. The phone casino appears to be quite fun but after using it for several weeks I've noticed a few bugs where if I click between different links it logs me out. Also the £20 minimum withdrawal and £1 withdrawal fee seems a little outrageous when the competitors have neither of these

Good selection of games. Made my first withdrawals yesterday so will be interesting to see how long they take. App performs very poorly on phone. I have the latest iPhone with the latest iOS installed. Balance will not load and will show as 0.00 on most games even though you have credit. Have to constantly go back to the Home Screen to see how much balance you have left. Withdrawals could be easier. I had a balance of £150 the other day, clicked on withdraw and the screen made it seem like you can only withdraw the full amount, it’s not until the next screen where u can type in a manual Amount to withdraw. Not realising this I kept the money in my balance and ultimately spent it. If I deposit money with Trustly, I’d expect the option to withdraw via trustly, not have to set up a card (meaning I need to deposit from it) Overall the games are good. Daily free spins are okay. App and website Perform very poorly, not showing in game balances, not allowing landscape gaming. Informed CS about my issues and was greeted with the usual ‘change ur browser’ (even though I told them I was using the app) and ‘delete your cookies and internet history and try again’ from a script even though I had explained to them I had tried all of that

This is partly due to the upgrades and having to support so many versions but nevertheless - we need to improve on that front. We have being playing tag with the app stores to get the latest versions of the apps approved - so in the mean time, please book mark The Phone Casino web site onto the home page of your phone (saves your storage as well) and we'll update you when the new apps are live. With regards to Trustly deposit and withdrawal - totally understand and we are addressing this. Just waiting on a few technical matters to get resolved and this facility will be enabled. It's a nice site with room for improvement. The deposit offers are a bit on the stingy side and you have to deposit and play through a certain amount before getting credited with free spins whereas most places give you the spins instantly. Also i would like to see a deposit matched bonus like a lot of casino's offer ie 100% matched bonus. Also it would be nice if they added new providers to their casino such as Play'n Go ,Netent No Limit City and some of the other big game providers. This casino has the potential to be a great go to casino if it just made a few improvements i certainly would spend more time playing here if it could cater to all my gaming requirements.

I would say that the providers you mentioned are expensive - which in tern means - the slots retain more (on average), to enable operators to pay the higher fees - This means less value for the player - ultimately. However, we are working on getting these providers as we should be offering games that people want to play. Hi Ray All the odds for the games are set before we offer them to the public. They are regulated, tested and approved for use by the UK Gambling commission. If you look at our Blog, you will see a guide to slots that also explains volatility. It may be that you were playing high volatility games so the wins and bigger but much less often. Lower volatility games like the exclusive games we have, might be a choice. Always play within your means and for fun. Hi Rachel All deposit money is shown in the cashier or in the My Acccount page in the Main Menu. We also follow up with a free to receive SMS for every deposit. Hope that's ok. I appreciate your comments on withdrawals, but we have to gain certain information from all of our customers so whilst we Age Verify you at the point of entry, we have to update that information, so you will always see a request for additional information until its provided. Hello Thank you for your review, That's fair comment. I'll give you some background if that's ok? Credit card or other payment providers don't charge us as much as mobile operators / networks. Hence we don't pass on the costs. The worst commission for the mobile networks is in excess of 50%!! That means for Virgin customers who make a mobile deposit of £10, and we give the customer £10 to play with, we only receive £4.60 back when Virgin pay us. So the cost to us is over £5 of free credit to the customer. Basically, it can be too expensive to offer mobile deposits without some form of charge. We appreciate your feedback and if you feel its unfair, please use any of the other deposit mechanisms on offer as there are no charges on them. Hope that gives you some context.
