Hi Fiona We are adding more payment options in the not too distant future. I can’t guarantee Paypal will be part of that phase but it is an option we are trying to get integrated. Sorry On the bonuses being added via mobile deposits, sadly this is not possible. The main reason being that the mobile networks make it difficult for us to know if the billing was successful because they can, and do, set different limits on a per customer basis. This often means that a customer thinks that the deposit is successful and when it isn’t and creates complications in awarding spins and thus confusion. For now these real cash bonuses are only available on card deposits. Hope that explains things a little. Kind regards The Phone Casino

“I was sceptical at first, "no wagering" where's the catch? I couldn't find one. I'm a pennies not mega-pounds player I have to say. The way the casino is set out is great, eye-catching and attractive and easy to navigate. Games run smoothly, a delight to play. Customer service is speedy and effective even via email with instant responses. I must admit when my first ID request was rejected my initial thought was that it's one of those obstructive and difficult sites we've all experienced. Not so here at all. It's a pity it doesn't have my favourite game as I'd have switched to the phone casino by I'll still play again. The offers on the site are many, Verdict: Great!”

“I really am disappointed with this phone casino app iv been owed €1800 now nearly two mounts first there excuse was my id wasn't clear enough so I sorted that now there trying say they sent a bank draft which I did not get now they want bank statements to prove I did not get the money and they won't even answer the phone now and they still have the check to send me messages wondering why I haven't been playing in a while if ya ask me it's a scam folks iv wasted nearly 2k on this with no money comein in I'm done with this il let u no if I get my money folks”

Hi Robert I asked CS to let me know what happened in your withdrawal. They have informed me that it had been processed and that there has been a delay in between our bank and yours. We have instigated a trace and will process the withdrawal again as soon as possible. It does happen, albeit very very rarely so we are very sorry for any delay caused. Its completely unintentional. Please let us know if you have now received the funds. We do not hold back on withdrawals as its counter productive to you, us and our reputation. “Quick entry when logging in, really good variety/choices of games to play, regular notifications about particular offers on certain games and i’Ve NEVER had any problems and I enjoy the games I play on this site especially as others don’t have some of the particular games that I like to play 👍”

“Easy to register. If you're asked to supply identification this is done by photographing the item and emailing it back to them. Their verification process is almost immediate so if there is a problem, they do email you right back. Selection of games and promotions is excellent.”

“The no wagering is good but I was not aware that my deposit were not withdrawable so ended up putting money in that Could not get out again. For that reason I won’t be using this site again.”
