“Can’t open alot of the games, so you have to keep closing the app and signing back in. Very annoying, but payment after making a withdrawal is good, very quick!”

Bernadino Are there any particular games that aren't opening for you? If you have any concerns, please email support@smallscreencasinos.com and we can look into that for you and suggest some easy things. Quite a lot of the games are supplied by other licensed game providers so we don't have control about how they launch - so I'm keen to establish if there is a pattern or if its a particular supplier that we need to look into. “Games are good fun but they charge you £10 for every withdrawal after 5 in a month and not per Callander month but a rolling month no other betting sight i use charges for withdrawals don't understand why phone casino do”

Hi Zac Sorry about that, we has a feature but it got taken down as part of a re work of the site. We have some basic filters so you might find the A-Z allows you to sort your games alphabetically and also make use of the Favorites tool to pin your game to the dash board then it will be there for you as a short cut when you want it. The next update we do will have a chili rating to show volatility of games and we'll most certainly be looking to get that search feature back into the website. Sorry once again. The Phone Casino

“Your app glitches constantly, you have to reload it to recognise and promotion that you are entitled to. Also seems very convenient that you only ever get one minimal win followed by consistent loss. Sorry know it sounds bad but just being honest.”

Hi Dan Thanks for your comments. Its always fair when you are experiencing issues navigating the site. In terms of the glitches, we need to know specifics so that we cab try and address them. Can you email support@smallscreencasinos.com with the types of things you are experiencing and I'll ask the tech team to have a look? In respect of the promotions awarding, I hear you. The issue is that until you refresh a page or navigate around in some way, the web site doesn't make the secure connection to the server and therefore there is no prompt to complete an action / display it correctly. Its because its a web site as opposed to an app, but I've noted it and will certainly look into how we can make it work better to stop this from happening. Kind regards The Phone Casino
