“Hello I give 4 stars only because pay outs are taking too long compared to some other casinos. All the rest are very good and that no wager bonus spins are very attractive option. Also you may consider add some netent slots.”

Hi Artur Thank you for your lovely comments. In respect of payments, once its authorised (and sometimes we have to do additional checks), its down to how quickly the banks process the payments. Apologies if this takes a bit of time, but its out of our hands at that point. Thank you for the shout out about our Free Spins, they are the best on the market. We hope you continue to enjoy them. Hi Christopher We agree so having taken a poll from our valuable customers, some time ago we increased the threshold from 3 free withdrawals to 5 free withdrawals per calendar month. In addition, we also kept the limit low at £10 or Euro 10. We are trying to make more improvements as we grow. Thank you for your support thus far. The Phone Casino
