“My current play through target is £351023.28 let's just say I'm not going to be playing through that! Apparently it moves up and down with each wager of bonus money however mine never seems to go down. I do love the free games but there's only a certain number of games you can play with the bonus money.”

Hi Melanie Thank you for your review. We know that we need to work on the bonusing system. Its one of the first things that was implemented many years ago. The rules around bonusing will be changing this year so we have held off changes until we have clarification on how we can offer bonuses going forward. We will keep you posted. On a separate note - I will get the play through on your account reset. Whilst the current system shows the total required for all bonuses applied (which makes it look very unrealistic) the trigger to cash out depends on any bet that reaches the play through requirement. Hi Matthew Thank you for your comments. Whilst we understand the frustrations that come with the bonuses systems and we are working to get a better system in place; we are offering an opportunity to win free money for no commitment or obligation other than some of your time. We do offer generous bonuses so that customers can get a feel for the games and find out what they like to play without commitment; something that a lot of casinos don't do as they force initial deposits. “I really like PC and have enjoyed playing but the wagering requirements for freespins is ridiculously high and I would never be able to meet this its impossible hence my reasons for stopping play it would be really lovely to receive these without such high wagering the last time I checked l would have to wager something like £3500+ and it looks like everytime I use my fs this just increases and does not reset again I enjoyed PC but may not visit the site for quite some time.”

Hi Natasha, Thanks so much for your feedback. We appreciate that the play-through can sometimes be seen as a difficult hurdle to overcome, but nevertheless, it’s a great no obligation, completely risk free way of us allowing you to try our real money games to win real money with absolutely no deposit required. That’s gotta be a good opportunity! It may not seem fair to you but we can assure you that 100’s of customers, every single week, meet the play through requirement and get paid out real money. You’ll see examples of such customers posted on our Facebook page regularly. However, we accept that we don’t do a good enough job of explaining the play-through as its shown. If you’ll allow me to explain further. We are working towards a way of showing you which element / component of your bonus money is the closest to achieving the play through requirement. For example you might have £5 of your bonus money balance that has almost met the required play through requirement but its hidden within the figure that you are seeing. This is unfortunate as it actually makes it looks harder than it actually is. Unfortunately, it’s an old way of displaying the information and whilst we have updated lots of other elements of the suite, this one has lagged behind a bit. We are working on changing it to make it easier to inform our customers to know where they have met the requirements but whilst we are, please bear with us. The only way to know at the moment is to play your bonus money until you see that its withdrawable in the cashier page. Hope that explains it and we hope to se you again soon.
