“Supplies are 1st class however my only useful comment would be for advice of delivery must be the PREVIOUS day or earlier and not 06:30 on the day of delivery by text because if I was still working I would have left for work by 06:00 and some times even earlier.”

“Delivery is very poor second time I had to drive 50miles to collect myself. I want next day or even the day after that. But they say dispatched in 3-7 days. Have no communication on delivery dates. I love them but sort you delivery out.”

“This review is based on delivery -I haven't opened box yet as outside house waiting for decorator to install -it's , potentaill dangerous and no room inside to store. There should have been two men rather than one - your man could barely lift the 3 panels and bring them up the drive. I am 72 and a petite woman and couldn't help. He wasn't young either and he was very impatient almost rude with me - the job was too hard for him and you should be lookimg after your staff better. Health and Safety and Welfare at Work springs to mind.”

“Not great I’m afraid. Delivered the wrong panels then I had to do all of the chasing to correct the error. One panel also slightly damaged but no energy to request a replacement. Quality of product overall however is excellent.”

“Still waiting for my order. Had a call to advise they were being delivered. The guy told me he would meet me outside. I came down he wasn’t there no one to be seen and my emails have been ignored.”

“I’m giving the Fresno panels 10/10 for being extremely realistic in the tile effect and stunningly beautiful colours in the blue and ochre/gold spectrums (no red or green or yellow) The panel company did not deliver them along side the artic white panels and promised them the following week, it took 3 weeks for them to be finally delivered just in time as we needed them The panels are quite superb so this made up for inconsistency with the delivery The first delivery was in house driver, the second was a courier All in all a happy customer and 5 stars”
