“Uncomplicated order. Delivery in reasonable time, at the time advertised. Did not quibble when I had measured wrong and had two panels to return. Refund with no issue. I would definitely use them again, but would pay for earlier delivery. M”

“Fantastic quality panels, there was unfortunately some damage on a panel. However I emailed late at night and received an email 9am the following morning saying a new on had already been ordered and on its way to me. Some of the best customer service I have seen.”

“Hi the panel company did get my order wrong and sent me the wrong panels, but what service within a couple of hours had sent a van down with the correct one, so would 100% use these again thank you”

“Great product, so easy to fit and has painted really well! Easy ordering, delivery said about a week when ordering and it was exactly that. Communication regarding delivery was spot on, got a text to say it’d arrive in a certain time slot, then another text nearer the time to give a more specific 30 mins slot. Will definitely be ordering again.”

“I previously bought panels from a different company, after using the panel company it is evident that although they are slightly more expensive the quality and final finish of the product is well worth the investment. The interior and exterior corner pieces fit solidly and gives a really professional finish. Once you have the area stripped back you can install 3 panels in an hour. Measure twice cut once!”

Ordering was incredibly easy, and I was kept fully informed every step of the way, right up to the moment my order was delivered. Their customer service truly stands out. After receiving my initial order, I needed to return a couple of items and order some new ones. I simply called them, and they handled everything seamlessly. They booked the new order over the phone and immediately sent me a payment link. I paid, and to my delight, the new items were delivered within just 5 working days, with no extra delivery cost!
