“I had a great experience with The Panel Company when collecting my order from their Thurcroft warehouse. Although my order was only small, a young man called Edgy was exceptionally polite, friendly, and professional. He took the time to make sure everything in my order was correct and even offered to help load it into my van, which was much appreciated. It's refreshing to meet someone who is clearly happy in their work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. A real credit to The Panel Company!”

“Ordered a couple of weeks ago, was quickly informed of the delivery date. Order arrived on the delivery date, however had a slight issue with a couple of the panels due to damage in transit due to the driver being cut up on a roundabout. Emailed straight after delivery was received, inspected the delivery found damage only on 2 panels. Scott called me 5 minutes after my email and arranged a replacement of the FULL order to be done same day, to ensure no damage had been missed. Replacement arrived 3 hours later, and took away the first delivery 10/10 service.”

“Purchased herringbone patterned wall panels and was delighted. They look brilliant in the bathroom. Purchased on line and kept informed/ updated re delivery. Drivers very polite and friendly and happy to carry boards to the location of my choice. Would recommend this company.”
