“I purchased the acoustic wall panels from The Panel Company. The quality was excellent, far superior to the panels on offer at popular highstreet DIY stores which were smaller, flimsy, and nearly double the cost. Delivery wasn't perfect first time BUT the customer service was excellent and my order was put right quickly without any trouble. Would certainly purchase again and recommend to others.”

“Very nice quality product we ordered 4 panels one did have a few chips in the top but luckily we were cutting to size and it didn't effect the finish delivery was 7 working days and at the time stated in the delivery text very happy thank you”

“Fantastic quality panels! Definitely better than the rest (and I have tried others). Good solid wood, and dense fibre backing. Easy to handle and cut too. Very smooth, clean, quality finish to them.”

“Panels arrived pretty fast but on installing them, the point where they touch leaves a bigger gap than the rest of the boards. Also, when cutting out for sockets etc, the slats are not being supported by anything. No buying again”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with your slat panels. We’ve sold slat panels for many years and haven’t come across this issue before. They're designed to provide equal spacing, with each panel connecting to the next via a half lap joint to maintain a consistent gap during installation. Our panels are stapled rather than glued to ensure long-term durability. However, we understand that slats can sometimes move during cutting. To help prevent this, we recommend securing the slats with staples before cutting, or applying a small amount of adhesive to any that come loose. “I've used this company a couple of times and I must say every time they have got it right, 9 out of 10 deliveries have always been on time if not earlier and once there was damage on a board which was replaced and delivered the next day courtesy of the Company.. which is excellent and the type of service required as a tradesman.”
