“The joining of the Strivo panels left a 17mm gap between panels. The gap between the rest of the slats were 13mm , I had to trim every join so I could achieve the 13mm space, not well made at all.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. We have sold slat panels for a number of years and haven’t encountered this issue before. The slat panels are designed to provide equal spacing, and during installation, each panel fits with the next panel with a half lap joint to create a uniform gap. We will speak to the product management team to look at the installation guide in an effort to make this clearer. Kind regards, The Panel Company

“Fantastic service and great quality panelling! Was about to order on line and noted the company had a warehouse only 30 mins away with samples of every item, and open on a Saturday! The trip was so worth it - lots of helpful advice in store re fitting our wall panels, picked them up and a week later we were fitted! Brilliant item! Love it! And compliments from all our visitors!!”

“Easy to place order and amazing fast to dispatch to relevant locations for pick up and deliver to customer but after that it falls down It took them over a week just to put on lorry and deliver and couldn’t be bothered to put it inside the door, and asked my wife to put it inside herself!Thankfully it was not raining as the whole product would have been destroyed ! Product itself is very good”
