“The order turned up on time the driver was very helpful and I helped him with my order haven’t used the panels yet as the bathroom has become a can of worms lol. But they seem ok”

“Lovely panels easy to fit you have to be careful of the edges that slot in as can be easily damaged. Delivery not very quick but overall very pleased”

“Excellent product and delivery at no cost. Only negative comment was attitude of driver on delivering. Parked up and when asked to deliver to apartment on first floor with access to a lift. We were requested to come down to the van and collect the item ourselves. Appreciate no charge for delivery but end service lacking. However, i would say automated communication was good in informing timescale for delivery due to need for stock to be moved from base to base, advising time slot on the day, keeping you informed and also delivering in the time scale given. Overall Good but that final star not quite achieved.”

“Seen these panels in b and q at 90 each came on line and seen these guys at less than half the price and much better quality I'll be ordering more delivery was spot on rang an HR before he got to mine to”

“I have had 2 orders recently. There was no issue with the first one, but the second one had been delivered on the 9th day from the order. It should have been within 5-7 days. I have not been notified of the delay. I called the company on the 6th day for an update, I was told it's coming on the next day at 1.30pm. I was at home and waiting. However, I had not received any message of the delivery or of the delay. I called the company again, and then I was told the van broken down and my delivery is coming on the Saturday only. I was very disappointed. I don't understand how the company can not let the customers know of the delay. I think it's not acceptable.”
