“Terrible experience, they assigned my online order to a branch that didn’t have stock of the item I had ordered, I waited for an internal stock transfer, then delivery arrived, one panel was different to the rest, told customer services, waited for another internal stock transfer, delivery to me, delivered the wrong replacement item, told customer services again, no response, I followed up again, no response, eventually 3 weeks later a panel arrives at my house, no communication, no apology, 2 months later I can start the job. I think I’ll be avoiding in the future”

While we generally keep large quantities of stock at each branch, high demand for the panel you ordered at our London distribution centre meant a stock transfer was necessary, and we fell short in keeping you informed. Sending the wrong panel and the subsequent delay in resolving this was unacceptable, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. “Could only buy 3 samples at a time which isn't enough. Also the same boards are £4 cheaper on another site”

“Great quality panels and loved the colour options. Unfortunately 1 panel was damaged in transit where the box was damaged. Sent pictures via email and they responded and sorted it within 24hrs. Fantastic customer service. Will def use again!”

“Called up with some questions, easily answered and I ordered. Panels delivered promptly with adhesive. Very easy to fit (I cut 30mm off of the length as well) and they look fantastic! Acoustic (and thermal) panelling for my studio - also will work as a backdrop for video.”

“Product support etc was good and delivery quite quick. There was a challenge that the box panels delivered in had a hole and one of the panels was damaged but we managed to work around it. The panel fronts themselves are great as waterproof options for the walls and look great but seem a little fragile and easy to damage which is worrying and can't repair or replace easily.”
