The wife and I stopped off for a bite to eat as we were passing, always an enjoyable visits, with pleasant and helpful staff. Have to add though, I have been emailed this, but at the end of this review, it asks for my email address??

Disappointing when buying a pack of 10 tulip bulbs, only 9 left in container and had to pay cost on bag, so no reduction!

The venue is super and the garden centre fabulous, love all the decorations, the farm shop and the range of goods is fantastic. We booked the Spooky Afternoon Tea, it was delicious and very good value in terms of cakes, scones and sandwiches of a good quality and we had plenty of tea. The story and games were sweet, more aimed at under 11s which is fine. The walk through the grotto was rushed, it was so well decorated we didn’t get chance to appreciate it. As the garden centre closed at 5.30, we were rushed out, at the till we were told we couldn’t use the toilets ( we had driven from Newport) and when my friend asked re her points card the male member of staff was quite curt that the computers were switched off. He was a little grumpy. We paid and walked to our cars by 17.38 so we had hardly held everyone up. That was the only aspect of the service that could be improved, customers want to browse and spend money but we weren’t welcome.

Great local shop, enjoyed walking round and looking at all the stock on display. Huge variety of choice, good quality products.

As always, polite and helpful staff, and beautiful displays. We came today for the spooky afternoon tea, which was well planned, lovely food, fun and great interaction between the staff and children. Thankyou again:)

We love visiting this garden centre but a small gripe is the parking! As with lots of places you try and cram as many spaces in as possible but it doesn't make it easy when you buy plants and then try and get them in your car - not really enough room to manoeuvre.

The christmas department is once again great. Pumpkins bought for baby granddaughter. Lunch in the restaurant again was to a high standard.

As always a very enjoyable visit - however a bit disappointed that your restaurant was full to bursting. Great for you! But when the queue goes past the toilets and all seats are taken, this might be an area you could consider extending x

Spend a few hours here today , coffee wasn’t good , usually great? Different coffee maybe? Family had 5 roast dinners, sadly all too cold to enjoy, but content nice , 1 of 3 dishes of veg was literally swimming in water . No spoons for serving veg, or to serve mint sauce. On positive point most of the staff are lovely & had they not been rushed off their feet we might have been able to ask for food to be microwaved hotter. The shop area is great , fantastic selection, displays are lovely & we look forward to visiting again in the future to see your amazing Christmas displays. Sorry for negative comments on food but we spend nearly £100 on food in time we visited & it seems a shame it was cold. Please don’t publish this review it’s just for management only.

Always lovely to go to and virtually all staff are so helpful and happy. Felt a little rushed through at the checkout though, even though it wasn't busy. A smile and a bit of cheer would would also have been welcome but I suppose, being human, we can't be smiling and jolly all the time!

Fast delivery the only problem was the ridiculous amount of packaging, too much for one trip to the tip 🙈
