“The christmas department is once again great. Pumpkins bought for baby granddaughter. Lunch in the restaurant again was to a high standard.”

“As always a very enjoyable visit - however a bit disappointed that your restaurant was full to bursting. Great for you! But when the queue goes past the toilets and all seats are taken, this might be an area you could consider extending x”

“Spend a few hours here today , coffee wasn’t good , usually great? Different coffee maybe? Family had 5 roast dinners, sadly all too cold to enjoy, but content nice , 1 of 3 dishes of veg was literally swimming in water . No spoons for serving veg, or to serve mint sauce. On positive point most of the staff are lovely & had they not been rushed off their feet we might have been able to ask for food to be microwaved hotter. The shop area is great , fantastic selection, displays are lovely & we look forward to visiting again in the future to see your amazing Christmas displays. Sorry for negative comments on food but we spend nearly £100 on food in time we visited & it seems a shame it was cold. Please don’t publish this review it’s just for management only.”

“Always lovely to go to and virtually all staff are so helpful and happy. Felt a little rushed through at the checkout though, even though it wasn't busy. A smile and a bit of cheer would would also have been welcome but I suppose, being human, we can't be smiling and jolly all the time!”

“Best place to stop on our regular journey between Worcester and Haverfordwest. Time to stretch our legs, enjoy a great coffee break and wander round the centre. Always something interesting to see. Staff extremely friendly. (unfortunately the offer of a free coffee within a week is unrealistic for those of us out of your area - one month would make more sense).”

“Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, staff in store. Atrocious, difficult, non intuitive website. That review block on the left of the screen needs to go, it’s constantly obstructing the view & it’s distracting. Good quality plants.”
