“A great day out as ever with lovely food and visit to Father Christmas. The only thing I was disappointed by was the lack of options for kids meals in the restaurant (only sandwiches or sausage rolls, no meals). Otherwise we had a great time. Thank you.”

“We visited Santas grotto which was well organised and thoroughly enjoyed by the children. The christmas displays were also fabulous and coffe and cake in the restaurant were enjoyed by all. Thank you for a lovely christmas eve afternoon out.”

“Lovely Santa.Nice idea this year,but when you have say 10 kids mostly with 2 adults plus buggy s.That first room is not big enough.Personaly I preferred the other way of doing it.Nice that kids could choose.”

“The garden centre was lovely as usual but we came to see Father Christmas which my two children and I did not enjoy as much as the previous two years. This year we went in as a group rather than individuals and I felt moved along to then stand and wait to go in individually to see Father Christmas. The winter wonderland also seemed much shorter. We preferred when we walked through at our own pace. Taking time to look at everything and take photos. We did enjoy the extra additional room with games and colouring but we were too large a group for the space. Father Christmas was lovely as were all your staff”

“Visited on Sunday December 1st,when it was extremely busy. We managed to buy the items that we were looking for but had to queue for a table and then clear it and find a cloth to wipe it ourselves. Generally a very helpful staff.”

“Item arrived intact and well packed. But, the horn was/had been rubbing on something prior to it being sent? Well it couldn’t have happened in transit as it was so well packed. A par5ial refund was given to help. Thankyou, yes thankyou.”

“A joy to visit as always. Plenty of choice in the Christmas shop with helpful, friendly staff. Lunch was an additional treat even though the cafeteria was very busy. Well worth our regular 3 hour round trip.”

“Our 9year old granddaughter enjoyed the Father Christmas experience but our experience in the restaurant was not so good. Our elder granddaughter is lactose and soya intolerant so usually chooses vegan dishes. Whilst your staff were very accommodating, there was no choice. Later, we went back to the restaurant for tea and cake but the only dairy free option was flapjack”

“Delivered promptly, product as described. However the packaging was soaking wet and falling apart when delivered - not sure who was responsible for that. However wouldn’t necessarily stop me ordering from you again.”
