“Easy to book on line. The Clinic was very understanding when I was running late due to lengthy train delays. Very friendly and took the time to ensure I understood the mole check. Highly recommended.”

“Quite frankly not worth the money. Didn't bother checking scalp which one would argue is a reasonably exposed part of the body.”

Thank you for reviewing our service. Our screening nurses are unable to check the scalp routinely when it is obscured by hair, but please rest assured that skin cancers on hair-covered scalp are extremely rare. Our nurses do check all other visible parts of the body and are highly effective in detecting skin cancer whilst it is still early and easily treated. Kind regards, Iain Mack, Founder & MD.

“The Mole Clinic provides an excellent service to check the moles on your body. As I have got older the moles on my body have changed, and by having them checked I have piece of mind as to whether this is just old age, or whether I need to do something about them. They provide a screening in a friendly, professional and private environment where you feel secure you are being given the best advice on your health.”

“Excellent service, very quickly booked appointment and follow up. Reports very accurate and timely. A bit cheeky that I was asked to pay in full a follow up consultation before I even had it. I know it will be refunded once paperwork with my insurance company is sorted out, but I don't think it's reasonable to ask a client to pay for a treatment they're not going to have for another 4 days.”

“A gown and a proper inspection table. would have been good rather than being just left in the room standing in ones underpants. A couple of growths under my hair went un inspected as I was not able to locate them straight away Provision of deodorant after battling through central London and the tube would also be helpful probably both for the client and the nurse! Fresh towel mats (rather than paper) to stand on would also be good. Reception very efficient with a wrongly addressed invoice.”

“I found the whole process very easy, friendly, seamless and quick. The specialist who examined me was very informative, reassuring and made the process as comfortable as possible. I would happily recommend. From an admin point of view I would have welcomed some explanatory notes to accompany the report that is issued as a follow up to the appointment - simple explanations or links for the fields listed.”

“I cannot recommend The Mole Clinic highly enough. I was concerned about a mole and for £45 I was able to get it checked by an experienced and very kind dermatologist the next day. I received a detailed report and their recommendations for treatment within 24 hours of the appointment. If you have any doubts about a mole that looks unusual, don't hesitate to act. The Mole Clinic do an amazing job and made me feel I was in the best hands.”

“Overall, great service- but when I got back home, I realised there is a mole on my eyebrow that was not looked at and reflected that the nurse did not look very much at my head... which is incomplete...”

“I was impressed with the nurse who did the examination. She was informative and thorough in her examination. I was not impressed by the number of emails and texts that I received reminding me of the appointment. I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment time yet there was no one there until the appointment time.”

“i attended the Mole Clinic on the 23rd May at short notice and was very impressed with the whole experience. The atmosphere was calm, efficient and I was fully informed of the procedure. Happily, for me, the outcome was a good one and my report arrived by 8 00 am the following day. I would definitely recommend the Clinic to anyone - in fact I am actively promoting it!! Rosie Woods”
