I was very disappointed with the quality of the oak posts 75x75x2400, which I bought from a Luxury wood company. most of them with uneven edges and some of them were bent. I will think twice before buying anything from this company

Dear Vattakkatt, The oak sleepers and posts we offer are landscaping grade and as per our website, some imperfections such as wane, knots, cracks, warping are possible. LWC Team

I gave You only two stars becouse i order oak Wood palet and i get some mix wood and it will Burn very quick. Dont do customers fools painting side woods on oak colour

Dear Pawel, You have placed an order for an ALDER crate not oak as per your review below. Alder is the cheapest kiln dried firewood we offer and it is the one that will burn the quickest. Regards, LWC Team

Ordered wood on 4 Oct arrived 23 Oct after 2 attempts. One instance the lorry driver arrived with no wood as it was on another lorry

The wood was dry but in small pieces of oak and not in big chunks as I was expecting. Quite a bit of woodworm infestation and some rotten ones also, so probably best stored dry outside for safety.

Ordered logs a month ago still haven’t received them. Delivery company issue apparently but the log company don’t seem to be doing anything to solve it

Friendly staff. Completely hopeless at delivery. I mean really, really naff.... Unable to control their haulier and get them to deliver on time. Use White Horse energy. Better logs, better haulier.

Dear customer, I am afraid that the Logistics industry has been affected lately by a lot and they all struggle with driver and fuel shortages and increased volumes. Vesi is brilliant. The Luxury Wood company has great products at very good prices / BUT - the delivery company you use is useless. If you don’t change your delivery company I suspect you will lose more customers as I had to cancel £350 order due to bad delivery problems.

Unfortunately I can’t really comment on there product as never received the logs, due to extremely poor service from there chosen courier after a week and half of being told the order will be delivered tomorrow I was given a full refund. The biggest loser in this was the luxury wood company as they lost a customer

The Quality of the wood great Service not good at all For the second time I was promised a email and text for delivery time and date Delivery turned up with out warning Only luck we were in to except the delivery Luxury wood company needs a shake up ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Very disappointed with this year’s giant crate of oak logs. They were mainly cut from smaller trees and branches so there was an awful lot of thick bark surrounding the actual oak wood in the load. In addition, 70 to 80% of the bark was covered in green moss, despite being kiln-dried, so it took several hours to clean it all off with a wire brush. I store the logs in a lean-to shed outside so the moss would absorb the moisture in the air far quicker than the timber which defeats the object of paying a premium for kiln-dried logs. Sorry, not a happy customer this year.

I had the Oak, I felt this time far too many logs were either miss shaped, too large too small. I am realistic I get some will, but as most of my wood is on full display I expect the majority be of similar shape for stacking and ascetic look. Used for 10 years by far my most disposing batch.

I would not use the luxury wood company again, I got an email to let me know when my wood was being delivered , husband and I took the day off as it’s left on the path and has to be installed and stacked ,by 3 o’clock wX getting worried it wasn’t turning up, got a phone call around 3ish asking what day would be convenient ! Not happy !

I wouldn’t say it was luxury wood at all. A few posts and sleepers still had plenty of bark on them. Almost unusable I’d say. Also 4/5 posts and sleepers arrived covered in footprints.

Having ordered my products I left it a few days to email for an idea of expected delivery dates to keep my client informed. I was told it would be within 15 days and that was all I got. Well, 15 days is tomorrow, I have had no further communication and the website still shows my order as being packed at the warehouse. Unless a miracle occurs, I think I was misled. Having taken my money they do not seem very interested in fulfilling the order. A bit of communication would be good, and maybe a more helpful reply to emails should be forthcoming too.

Beware ordering from this company. Ordered the Giant Ash crate. The stated dimensions of the received crate of Ash don't match what they've got on their website. Firstly, they include the void space underneath the crate in their dimensions, not from where they are stacked from, which other vendors don't do. Additionally, the crate wasn't even full. it was stacked barely high enough to reach the bottom of the top wooden support, there was enough space for a good 2 or so layers on top. Nowhere near as full as they advertise on their site. In fact they were able to sit the two boxes of firelighters I ordered on top of the logs and there were still a fair bit of space above it before it would have been full. Delivery fairly leisurely at nearly 2 weeks. I don't think i'll be ordering from here again.

It’s been 21 days since I ordered from the luxury wood company, they have not delivered, they have not called to arrange delivery or made shy contact with me to indie me of any problems. I really hope to hear off them soon ☹️
