Ordered coin 3 months ago in spite of several phone calls and e-mails and being assured would arrive soon still no coin delivered. After I sent further e-mail to them today I received a reply telling me out of stock will not be sending. Terrible service to customers would not recommend.

My Mum was in the early stages of dementia. She bought a couple of sovereigns at twice their actual value. They then continued to send coins and call her with offers and take payments from her credit card even after we’d asked them to desist.. She’s now passed away and we found all sorts of things Hidden in her house that they’d sent and presumably bilked her for. There’s a word for people like this.

Purchased "The legend of St George" Collection. coin by coin, and only pay when it arrives. The last coin was the wrong one so sent it back with proof of posting. They sent the same coin again, so sent it back with proof of posting. Get phone calls from sales reps, I tell them the problem, they say they will sort it and ignore the payment requests. Threats that they will send my details to debt collection agency. Try calling the reps, nothing, try emailing the customer care, nothing. now they are adding money for late payment. They are just after money and no one cares about the coins or situation. Will not purchase from these again, going to use the Bullion by post to obtain further coins and sovereigns.

I have used this company many times. I I usally buy a coin and request a invoice. So only pay when I get the coin (£2.50). I once click on a link by mistake. I phoned up to make sure they cancel it. They said they did (they did not ) itvwas a £50 coin bearing in mind these coins are worth £0. Phoned 5 times only the 5th one was answered explained I cancelled it and the time and date imphoned from my phone book. Asked for a email return label ( which they did not send)as they was send demands for payment emails, text messages and posted letters. They did send a return label in the post. I returned it straight away. They do ask for proof of posting. They still sent letters demanding payment. I phoned up to say why can't they trace this £50 coin, I do have the proof of posting why are you demanding payment. They said egnore anymore payment requests and after 3 others it ended. I did not pay return post as it was their mistake (a common mistake to more or less scam people for so thing they did not order) I do not give them permission to store payment details. As the £50+ order whould be a credit card, seller issue which takes months. So 1. Don't store payment details. 2. After you have brought 1 after that you can be invoiced for another coins (so when you get the coin you pay for it). As stated this is londonmint NOT ROYAL MINT. So coins are worthless have no value (says they vaid in Gibraltar don't know) but look nice. Coins that are replica of £350 worth coins sold for £2.50 are usually sold out within a few days.

I had started a collection but l then received an invoice for 3 coins back dated from October 2019, December 2019 & January 2020. Believing this must of been overlooked due to my being hospitalised with a long term condition l attempted to make arrangements to pay this invoice by instalments as l am on disability benefits. On further investigation l do not have the coins & have tried on several occasions to sort this problem out. Today l received yet another letter with added costs to it. Disgusting company & in my opinion avoid like the plague ! By the way l shall not be paying one blooming penny to these shysters.

I ordered a Winston Churchill commemorative coin silver colour but the folder it came in showed it was part of a collection which was gold colour. I phoned to request a return label and asked for it to be e-mailed so I could print it myself and return it sooner. I did not receive the label and received a demand for money i sent a typed reply on the back of this letter explaining what had happened and again requested a return label. I nect received a Final Demand and £10 late payment charge, with the threat of my being referred to a debt collection agency. I telephoned 3 times and after holding for 5 minutes each time I was asked to leave a message and my phone number. NOTHING. I do hope I am referred to a debt collection agency - at least they will listen and respond. If you receive advertising mail from them BIN IT! It is more hassle than ot is worth

It's fine just don't fall for the crappy free coins where you pay postage only. Simply look for gold and silver coins and work out from Google the price of the metal for that day. Sure if a coin looks nice and you just want to add it to your collection go for it. But use you're head and you can actually make money selling them on eBay. Not rich but just do the knowledge and don't waste your time on the free stuff... They can't tell you a coin is so much percentage gold or silver and not be truthful they have laws for a reason.

I decided to get their 'free' silver three pence piece for just postage of £2.95. I paid by cheque via post as I didn't want them to have my card details I'm quite pleased with the coin, it's worth around £2, so I'm happy. But I would STRONGLY recommend everyone to pay by a posted cheque. Don't let them obtain your card details, otherwise they can continue taking payments from it. I have not been pestered as I send a letter with the cheque saying I did not want any more coins.

Stupid I may be but this company seriously take the biscuit.Whilst thinking I was dealing with the Royal mint I purchased various coins and then was bombarded with paperwork whence I lost track of what I had ordered or hadn't.In the end I finally got through on the phone and agreed to pay off my account in full provided I received no more calls or offers. However after a few weeks I received more offers which I put in the blue bin.A few days later I received another worthless coin/package which I did not even open Now I am receiving phone calls asking me to get in touch.Obvious my to pay for what I haven't even seen. This company are making my life miserable please do not ever deal with them.

Always enjoy being screwed but this tag team has really blown me away. Easy to get sucked in, for which your complements are well deserved. However it would appear that my pockets are being picked and get the distinct impression that you have taken me over a barrel. I have not agreed to this treatment and the abuse is sickening. Poor company, poor service, poor quality coins, poor quality certificates and having now checked with couple of local jewellers, find that items are effectively worthless. Well and truly a sad experience arranged by a sad team of con artists. Karma will catch you...
