Ordered a free coin and paid the postage in 2023. Since then have received texts asking for £2.50 overdue postage. Have sent texts asking to stop but to no avail! Keep well clear of this company it’s not worth the hassle for a free coin!!

Complete scam!!! Don't fall to it. After receiving a false "legal tender" coin, I kept receiving mor eand more, asking for payment. Which none of them were requested. After waiting over 20 min I received a promise to get a return label for the unwanted coin. After 15 days another coin showed up with more money claimed. AVOID AT ALL COST

My vulnerable partner with mental health issues has been fooled, after receiving the free coin she agreed to upgrade the cion to gold, Yip you guessed then days later the salesman was back on the phone selling them another coin. I'm extremely upset how cold calling in this day and age is still legal. Ready these threads gives me the fear as it looks like they may receive a coin every month....... My partner is so stressed at the cost of these coins, they barely have enough money to buy food all week never mind buying coins that they don't need

If I could put no stars I would, keep receiving emails asking me to pay for coins I never ordered. Scam stay away definitely need reporting.

Had a high pressure salesman constantly ringing me to sign up for 'I don't know what'. At the time I agreed to anything to get rid of these people but I'm being haressed for a late payment and an additional £20 for the pleasure. What nasty holiday people they are. A shame to their name. Dreadful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Prey on the vulnerable with mental health and learning difficulties. Paid the money after threatening letters arrived saying pay in 10 days or going to debt collection agencies!!!!! Paid in full via their banking sort codes. Told them to take my address off there making as the person in question is vulnerable….. I have had Email after email saying that there is payment issues. The money was paid in full. Have all receipts from bank and letters from them. I have contacted ACTION FRAUD. Also TRADING STANDARDS also the OMBUDSMAN…..

My daughter ordered the Walt Disney 100 Years of Wonder coin and paid by PayPal. Money has left her PayPal account but no confirmation received from The London Mint Office. Tried contacting them but calls simply go to an 'automated recall service' and - of course - no return phone call occurs. One teary daughter as a result. I suggest avoiding this company as I can only assume it is a scam.

If I could give 0 I would absolutely disgusting scam of a company, ordered in good faith a free coronation coin, had an email in June 2023 saying running late, nothing received by July told them to delete and cancel our account. Nothing heard from them tried to phone... nothing.. today they ring asking for payment? of what? never received anything so no £2.50 postage is due!... Im fuming that since June Ive been asking them to delete me and no response just a generic email someone will get back to you... I suggest deleting me before trading standard and fraud get involved Im jumping.

Ive had a account for years with them, but now am going to close it due to calls from their finance dept telling me to pay my bill when its not due, promises they will send a coin which they didnt and tried to charge me for, this after numerous calls them saying it will be removed off the account but hasnt, managers either lieing or not returning calls and the common one of sending coins out as next in the collection, not know it was a collection as they dont always show this. There are other companies who are far better and more professional than these out there !

Very disappointed. I buy gold coin on march and get two silver ones insted my purchase. I try get correct coin from April and people ignore me and not answering for my emails. Definitely i never use London mint again

This is a scam company. Sent an unsolicited invoice asking for payment. I would never buy anything from as I know they sell complete overpriced junk. Read up on the company and they are trying to scam elderly people they picked on the wrong person. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMER AND WILL KEEP PESTERING YOU FOR MONEY AND SENDING UNSOLICITED COINS, BEWARE AND BE WARNED!

Absolutely ridiculous company, got a bill for 625 quid for a gold coin for the jubilee collection, the representative Rob phoned an said I could have the coin as long as I paid the first of 5 Instalments, I said I would think about it an if I decided to accept it I would call back, I chose not too as I couldn't afford the first installment of 125 pound. Rob however did say if I did decide I would have to pay at least 1 installment before it was sent. Now apparently the coin was sent without the 1st installment being paid... Obviously it never came an I've been bombarded with threatining letters an 10 pound fees on top... But when I finally spoke to them I said I didn't order the coin I never received this coin I was basically called a liar.. Rob told me it was policy to pay at least 1 installment before anything could be sent yet this arrogant rude disgusting woman said she couldn't comment when I referenced the official policy as some times they send coins without any installment , they say I've received an signed for it but 100% I havent.. The next joke is they are sending other coins that I don't want, I want to return these low value coins but ain't getting anywhere.. They don't listen an are taking money from my bank without authority to do so.. Stop sending coins I once again didn't agree too an stop bullying me.. Been forced to cancel my bank card to stop this thievery... Do not get involved with these rogue traders.. I will be reporting them to trading standards...

After calls, e mails, Contact us forms and 2 sales only calls I am still waiting for my missing coins or someone to talk to me. Today at 11:14 laura on Messenger said "How can I help you".. I gave her my information and now 4 hours later - STILL no answer, just left hanging again. How is this company still in business, sales are everything but no customer service.

Avoid this company at all costs… I’ve paid regularly and up to date… constant demand letters and threatening debt collection toon agency!!! I’m quite happy for the agency to see my regular payments made… bring it on!!!! Added £10 each time, utter disgrace of a company who you cannot get hold of… Cowboy and scam firm… stay well clear of… keep your money in your own pocket and buy elsewhere from a reputable company! I’m sure bbc watchdog and trading standards would love a debate on them publicly

I was sent out two of the same coin so sent one back, tracked, got proof of posting, and a few days ago received a letter for payment for the one coin already paid for by PayPal. I tried on a few occasions to call 3 numbers on the letters and receipts but never got through on any of them. I’ve communicated with a member of staff ( via email) who told me they haven’t received the sent back coin !! So to email proof of posting. Absolute mess going back and forth with them, plus I sent off for a Jubilee coin paid for in May, it’s come out of my account, but they told me it’s arrived at my house in July, no it hasn’t !!! Will not do business with them again total mess up !!
