“Amazing products! I purchased a mattress and mattress protectors for our baby. I have already used the mattress protectors for her crib so wanted to get them for when she went up to her cot. They work perfectly so decided to by them again in a bigger size. I love the fact the mattress can be turned over for when our daughter is older. The mattress is made of all natural products when I unpacked it I got the beautiful smell of wool, personally I adore the smell…very happy mum and very happy and comfortable little girl.”

“I ordered enough to qualify for free delivery so decided to make my order direct with the website rather than go to John Lewis who had a slightly better discount on the same items. I stayed in the following day, Friday, and nothing arrived. I contacted customer support the following day, Saturday, but offices were closed. On Monday I had a response from ‘Ben’ via email to say my delivery was out today. I wasn’t going to be home. I told him that service was poor, the delivery was supposed to have arrived Friday. Ben was useless and simply told me delivery was out and there was no possible discount or compensation he could offer for having wasted my time. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. He said he would keep me posted but I then had to call two days later to check a refund was being processed as he decided to ghost me. I’m shocked Ben is ‘Head of Customer Services’ as I found his emails to be very curt. He wasn’t helpful or apologetic and I certainly won’t order from here again in future as you can’t trust their delivery schedule.”

“A great product. I researched online and went to a few stores to check out moses baskets and couldnt seem to find a great quality one, most where quite flimsy. However the little green sheep moses basket ticks all the boxes, GREAT quality, price is a bit steep, however you pay for what you get and i definitely think its worth the money as for most other baskets are cheap and poor quality. Love love love!”

“I find the mattress very thin and there is no protective layer on the side to protect the little spirngs from coming out that way. Not sure I think its worth the price tag”

“the sheepskin liner has taken weeks to be delivered even though ordered before Christmas and did next day delivery, I did email customer care for updates but never got a response, the liner has now arrived but it doesn’t fit the Bugaboo fox 2. will need to return for a refund”

“Disappointed overall. I live in spain and contacted the company before ordering a mattress to find out any duty fees that we may incur. They responded to this saying they didn’t know and it wasn’t their responsibility which isn’t the experience I’ve had with other sellers who factor the duty into the price or at least know about it. We risked it and ordered the mattress which cost £85 (plus £13 delivery!) and we were shocked to be told by DHL that the duty fee was 40€.! I contacted little green sheep to say we hadn’t accepted the duty fee and requested an immediate return of them item, unfortunately we didn’t hear from them in a week despite being over Christmas they had 2 working days before the holidays to respond. We were surprised to then see the courier turn up at our door and demand the 40€ duty fee … not happy at all and the response from little green sheep is a 10% partial refund. Very dissatisfied as we would never have ordered if we’d known the duty fee and should’ve been allowed to return it on the day we were informed of the duty fee by the courier”

“Absolutely love the natural feel of this and has worked to keep the mattress dry when there have been nappy leaks. I’ve always hated the idea of putting plastic under my babies as mattress protectors - this is an excellent option.”
