“I ordered a Moses basket, but unfortunately it arrived damaged, the base was broken and the basket cover was ripped. I completely understand that issues like this can happen, so I initially wasn’t concerned and expected a quick and straightforward replacement process. However, despite sending multiple emails, follow-ups, filling out forms, and attempting to call, I have received absolutely no response from the company. All I am asking for is a simple acknowledgment that my case is being reviewed so the damaged items can be replaced or refunded, but there has been complete radio silence. This is especially concerning as I have paid for the product, been left with unusable items, and have no way of getting in touch with anyone for support. I have a newborn, and due to the lack of response and the time this has taken, I was forced to purchase another Moses basket from a different company so my baby had somewhere safe to sleep. This means I am now out of pocket twice. I have tried every contact method I can find online, including the recommended faulty item and refund process, which does not appear to be working. The only communication I have received is an automated email asking me to leave a review, so this feels like the only remaining way to reach someone. Please, all I am asking for is a response so this issue can be resolved with either a replacement or a refund.”

“Great products - we have bought mattresses, protectors, and sheets for our family and are really happy with the quality of everything. The only complaint would be with the last delivery of a single mattress only one delivery driver was present so he was unable to carry it upstairs to our flat. Would probably be best to have deliveries better staffed so that they can be completed in full.”

“I’ve ordered mattress over a week ago on a ‘Next day delivery’ & not received it & no communication from customer service. Phone lines are only open in the morning & no reply to my email querying where my order is.”

“The Moses Basket is great with all the additions. However the stand is difficult to construct and the screws do not fit. The stand is not sturdy it wobbles.”

“I love it because it is so much more attractive than the gaudy coloured baby gyms. It doesn’t have quite the scope of sensory hanging objects but the llamas do rattle.”

“Absolutely disgusted with this company! I ordered a single mattress and it got dumped at the bottom floor of my block of flats. I was told by the driver that it wasn’t his job to deliver outside my door and it was curb side delivery! I am a single mum and had to get the mattress up three flights of stairs on my own. I am covered in cuts and bruises. I spoke to the company on the phone and they said they’d be in touch. I heard absolutely nothing and it’s been nearly two weeks! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! Disgusted.”

“Honestly not impressed, as much as I want to be. We ordered this ready for our daughter's arrival. We've been using it for three weeks now and the basket is on an angle, specifically depending which way we place it on the stand. The mattress already has a dent in it from where she has been lying, and the handle looks like it's about to come off. This is a huge shame given the cost of the basket and how aesthetically beautiful it is.”
