“Very dissapointed, I ordered a moses basket in July and it still hasn't arrived!! I have been asked to review the sheets and blankets ordered with it, but its hard to review them when I can't use them yet due to no basket!! Um not impressed at all and no update on the item which is very poor!!”

“My review is purely a reflection of the challenges with trying to resolve an issue with the customer service team. You only get AI generated responses to emails, even when they ask you (over the phone) to email them with the details so that they can get back to you.”
