The products arrived in good time and were just what I wanted. I did not find the website easy, however, as the item I wanted was obviously wrongly priced and by the time I had sorted it out, I was unable to use my 15% discount as it was only valid for one day. Also, one of the light bulbs I wanted, it was unclear if it was an old style wattage or a new style wattage. It turned out to be the old style. This was unclear on the website. The customer service department replied promptly and offered me 10% discount on my next order. I already had 10% offered from my last order. He didn't reply when I asked for a bit more discount.

Appreciated the two chocolates! But only half the order came! It was sufficient for our needs so I did not chase it. But I did pay for two units and only received one.

Hi George, Thanks for your 3 star review. Can you confirm the bag was sealed when you received the lamp. There maybe a chance it's opened in transit and is still in the jiffy bag. The bulbs fitted, but they do not work, maybe I have the wrong voltage or something can they be exchanged ?

Hi Tracy, Thanks for your 3 star review and apologies the items appear not to be working? the voltage ordered was 220-240v and should be ok in any standard E10/MES fitting. please can you contact us on the websales@lampco.co.uk email address and we can sort out replacing them for you. The bulbs i ordered were very yellow. When ordering I didnt see any info on what type of light it would give off. If I knew they were going to be so yellow I wouldnt have ordered them. slightly dissaponuted, but the bulbs work fine.

Hi Thomas, Thanks for your 3 star review and apologies the items are not as bright as you would like. As explained 15w is a very low wattage more use as a night light. I received he bulbs very quickly, problem was they were the wrong size, the size did not match what I had ordered and was on the delivery note. I have sent them back so I will wait and see if I get the correct bulbs sent back.

Although the web site stated there were 3 items in stock, once purchased I recieved an e-mail saying they were out of stock! Still waiting for delivery.

Misleading to give an overall rating. The price, the process and the delivery were all excellent. I cannot yet rate the product however: the first bulb I used lasted exactly three days, so I am dubious.

Service on the phone when order was placed was good. Cannot comment further as yet because goods have not been received at time of writing this review.

The service was very good and quick, but unfortunately the lamps that were sent were 50 degree instead of 60 degree as advertised and which I require.I was assured by e mail that they were indeed 60 degree, if I had known this was not the case I would not have ordered them.

I recieved the product promptly and was in good condition. The only issue is that the product I got is not completely what I expected and I don't think its the company's fault. Its one of the very minute details that neither I expected to be different. I have emailed the company and would update the review depending on the reply

Good morning Hassan, Thanks for the feedback the email was received Saturday morning (we are closed weekends) and will be responded too shortly by our websales team. Looking quickly at the images you have ordered 18w bulbs but the sample you have taken the image of is a different wattage. Hence why they do not fit they are designed not to be interchangeable to protect the ballast in the fitting. We will be in touch.

Ordered a Philips bulb, order confirmation email said it was a Philips bulb. Delivered product was some other make. Quelle surprise
