Ordered on line a bulb for our neff oven arrived very quickly, but unfortunately as soon as bulb fitted in the oven and electric switched on the bulb blew. So not happy really.

I normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 4th & 5th stars! But on this occasion I can see that a faulty item is never well received, I am sending you tonight a Philips branded version of the same lamp free of charger as a gesture of good will . I normally ask what could we have done better to gain the elusive 4th & 5th stars! But on this occasion I am wondering what else we actually could have done? As the wrong size strip bulb was purchased online? We have however as a gesture of good will offered to replace the tube free from charge upon its return to us. Speed of delivery had what I wanted in stock .first order but qty wrong , ordered and charged for 6 only received 5 in the package which was slightly disappointing but light fitment luckily only reqd 5 so just spare missing not too much of a problem . Would use again but would check if errors was a one off this may change my opinion for future orders

My order has still not arrived. You have told me that it was posted with a 1-2 day delivery but a week has elapsed since! Maybe not your fault, but perhaps a review of the postal service you use is needed. George

I ordered a bulb on 31st August, it arrived 14:00 8th September. Good bulb, good price, not good if it's something you need in a hurry. "All's well that ends", well as Wallace said to Gromit!

Sadly on this occasion it was Royal mail that has let us all down, your order did arrive with us 31.08.16 and was actually despatch by us 31.08.16 15:54pm! I can only apologies for this however we do not have any control over the postal system. We do however offer courier services for item of extreme importance for future reference. Had not expected the two car bulbs to be floating around in a little clear plastic sack among all the other packaging - especially as there was nothing written to draw attention to the need to look for them in the rest of the large pack - they came with.

We attached a delivery note (packing list) to the outer package to advise the contents inside the box. Sadly not all lamps are manufactured in single cartons and have to be separated into bags so they do not get lost inside the packaging material. many apologies that this is not to your liking. Our last order of Par 38 spot bulbs seems to have come from a bad batch as we have had all five of them crack. Three of them have been replaced but we have not yet had replacements for the last two

Unfortunately, out of the 4 light bulbs I purchased only 2 worked. I call your Customer Services and 2 new bulbs free of charge are being sent to me. I was quite happy to send back the 2 that didn't work but that was not necessary.

Hi Michele, Thanks for the 3 star review it's appreciated. We apologise that 2 failed to work this could be due to damage in transit these are fairly fragile. The issue could also be that they are not making contact in the holder as over time the centre contact gets depressed. Please call the sales office if you want to find out more and ask for Colin or Ian. At least we replaced the items without fuss though eh that has to be good? Order taken and delivery arranged very swiftly. However it was noticed on delivery that the units were wrong size and there seems to be no returns arrangements in place. Reluctant to use this company again.

Was slightly disappointed with the 5 day delivery, which I understand could be RM's issue and not theirs however when ordering items nowadays you do expect a quick delivery. Also, I had ordered 10 bulbs but only received 1. This was sorted out quickly though when I emailed them straightaway. It's just a shame I will need to wait the slow delivery time again for the full order. It has not put me off using them, as they were cheapest supplier for the bulbs I needed. I would just be conscious of these other issues for future orders.

Sadly on the day you placed the order we got our Frank back (aged 72) to check for the day as the expiditors were ill and one on holiday. Frank did not realise we now had boxes of ten on the website and when we changed the quantity on the delivery note to 10 Frank saw the order as one on the order. Hence he sent just the one!
