“I cannot recommend this trader. 10 light bulbs were supplied as ordered but these were opaque not clear as ordered. Furthermore, one bulb does not work. Despite emails to the trader, no action has been taken and I have not even had the courtesy of a response. My advice, buy elsewhere.”

“If you have an awkward, non standard bulb to find, or indeed any bulb, this should be your number 1 shop. Easy to use website, purchase & pay, delivery quick and bulb immaculately packed. I think that about covers my experience. Thank you 😊”

“Ordered 03/03/2024, it’s now 28/03 and still no sign of my order. Order confirmation email does state that there might be a delay on Royal Mail’s end so allowed for that. Emailed after it’d been long enough, got no reply, no updates about the whereabouts of my order and when I could expect it. Royal Mail don’t seem to be having problems delivering all my other mail so… wouldn’t order from here again. Also no mail tracking details for the order either which doesn’t help.”

“I ordered the wrong size bulb for my under cupboard kitchen light from Easy Light Bulbs. It was slightly confusing due to the small changes in specs, but it was my fault. I rang the company and they sent me the correct one, completely free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. Superb service from the company.”
