I ordered the wrong size bulb for my under cupboard kitchen light from Easy Light Bulbs. It was slightly confusing due to the small changes in specs, but it was my fault. I rang the company and they sent me the correct one, completely free of charge even though it wasn't their fault. Superb service from the company.
