“Awful. You took my money, didn’t send me anything and now I can’t get it back. I see you are doing the same to a lot of other people and so I reported you to three different bodies.”

“Very bad. Once ordered you get email confirmation, but thats as far as it goes. Goods not received, emails not replied to, no correspondence at all. I tried to cancel the order same day as ordered, via email, but no response. Called 4 days later as not heard anything and told I was too late to cancel and good dispatched, yet could not tell me when or provide any shipping info. Scam site. DO NOT buy anything from these guys, they are a scam website. Having to get refund from credit card company. ORDER E029463”

“Unfortunately the bulbs I ordered were not the right size.Trying to find out which were the right ones, I spoke to one man that was very helpful and another man that was very patronising in words and tone which wasn’t helpful or appreciated.”

“When I phoned to see when my delivery would take place they were helpful, friendly and informative. The bulbs then arrived as expected. Well packaged, and without any damage. Products as described on website. Overall, very satisfied with the service and will use again.”

“Delivery took a long time, then the wrong lightbulbs were delivered (non-dimmable - I had ordered dimmable bulbs) I had to phone them and was then told that the ones I had ordered were in fact not in stock.... At least I was offered a replacement (dimmable) and that was sent as express mail and arrived the next day. All together a mediocre service.....”
