“I asked to return them (wrong size of insertion part, different to what shown in photo online). No reply via email address I was told to use. Sent the items back myself requesting refund. Still heard nothing. Very poor service. Avoid.”

“I wasn't notified that the bulbs I had ordered wouldn't be the ones shipped out to me (not aluminium halogen reflective) so had to ring to see if they were still fit for purpose for what I'd ordered them for (above a shower in an extractor fan light encasement)”

“Bearing in mind the delivery delays ELB attempted to console me about the delay with emails. Beyond their control, of course but neverthe less annoying. Perhaps if there is adelay next time, they could be more accurate in estimates. the products were up to their usual standard with good packaging.”
