“Bulbs, halogen MR 11 spot 10°. Very poor quality. Light output very weak. The reflection angle was supposed to be 10 °, but is much larger. Maybe 50 °. I compared with these, Paulman MR11 20w FTB 10°.”

“Customer service don't reply to emails! Pay for delivery, that was more than the bulb, took 3 days for them dispatch, and 3 days later still not arrived! Will not use again!”
