“Item was showing in stock which it wasnt, been waiting 2 weeks so far for the item. When trying to call for updates the phone rarely gets answered and to get an email response took nearly a week and then told a different delivery date to what I was told on the phone. Really poor service”

“All four lamps were delived quickly and on time. My issue is with the product. Out of four only two worked (so far). One was dull the other blow after a week. Presently now using the last two. I hope these don't go devective or I'll have to replace both light fittings with LED's instead.”

“Couldn’t find the light bulbs I needed anywhere, then found this company online. Placed order, received confirmation, but then I didn’t hear anything, so telephoned them and was informed they were expecting a delivery that day, which I received the following day, was very impressed! (Maybe keep your customers updated when there is a delay, as I see you are receiving a lot of negative feedback because of this and your excellent service is only lacking in this area)”

“Was struggling to find a light bulb and so glad I found you I could not find anywhere. The website is user friendly and delivery was quick. I would recommend this company as they have an extensive range.”
