“I am so impressed with the quality of the items I purchased but also the speed of delivery (arrived day after ordering). My Grandson loved the Little dutch market stall/cafe ultimate bundle . I believe this toy will give him and his brother years of play time.”

“I accudentally ordered the wrong item. I got in touch with The Kid Collective and they responded straightaway. The return process was simple, the refund happened quickly and I got the item that I ordered qucikly. I would just say that the tape used to close the parcels could be better. With both parcels, the tape was coming away and ripped. Luckily, nothing was damaged or lost within the packages. I can see that it's environmentally friendly tape, which I appreciate - maybe two layers of tape could be used. Overall, I will be ordering from The Kid Collective again.”

“I keep coming back to The Kid Collective due to the range of high quality toys and engaging toys they have on offer. Shipping has always been exceptionally fast and items well packed with eco friendly materials. I recently had my first issue with a product - missing piece from a board game (no fault of The Kid Collective) and customer support have replied promptly and are following up with their supplier. I have no doubt the problem will be resolved quickly. I have my eye on a few more things so will definitely be purchasing more in future!”

“I’ve been a regular customer now for the past few years. I’ve never had any issues. The products are of high quality. They have such an ending range and choice of products. Ordering ahd delivery is always efficient and fast. Packaging is environmentally friendly too.”
