Purchased a Brinsea Mini Advance Incubator. Base was warped so unusable. However called up straight away & a new base was with me in 2 days. I was disappointed that the product was supposed to be checked before dispatch but more disappointed as I had eggs ready to go in. No stars or if I have to rate 1 star as product was useless, also I had originally paid extra for next day delivery which I did not get back. But the issue with the damaged product was resolved quickly so 4 stars for that. Hopefully the delay with the eggs will not be an issue
