“Everything arrived on time and at a great price. I first ordered an incubator from a Chinese company. Bad mistake. Really awful. I knew I should have bought British. So pleased with this one made by Brinsea”

“The incubator is perfect but the delivery was bad.I put instructions on the computer for the delivery firm. They say that they never got them and took it away as I was out.they bought it back on the Monday,by which time I had lost some hatching eggs due to lack of space.I have no complaint against the Incubator shop but would prefer a different delivery firm.”
