“The incubator is perfect but the delivery was bad.I put instructions on the computer for the delivery firm.They say that they never got them and took it away as I was out.they bought it back on the Monday,by which time I had lost some hatching eggs due to lack of space.I have no complaint against the Incubator shop but would prefer a different delivery firm.”

“order the rcom pro 20, was out of stock at time of ordering, but was kept up to date on when stock would arrive and delivery. it was delivered on time within the hour slot given, so excellent service, haven't used incubator yet tho.”

“My king suro fan packed up,a new one was sent out straight away,also i exchanged a heating element I bought last year by mistake..no hesitation..excellent people to deal with..I highly recommend them !!”

“This feeder works very well with pellets. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because it would be better if nylon lock nuts were supplied for the treadle bolts as they work loose frequently.”
