“I had a couple of items missing from my order & contacted The Incubator Shop. As well as an apology the missing items were dispatched first class & arrived the next day. Excellent customer service & pleasant helpful staff. I would highly recommend them.”

“Excellent customer service, the turner part of my incubator wasn't working properly. I phoned the incubator shop and everything was sorted out in minutes. Had a replacement sent out to me immediately. Highly recommend. Incubator now working very well. Thank you”
