“I purchased a tlc 30 brooder from the incubator shop, ordered it sunday (closed) so technically monday. Received the product Tuesday. Happy with the unit. It regulates the temperature virtually spot on the degree, I opened the door long enough to remove a bird. The temperature was 96.0 and dropped by 2 degrees 94.0 once the door was closed temperature rose to 96.4 this took 33.67 seconds then slowly but not too slowly adjusted itself back to 96.0 (I would buy another from the incubator shop) ps thanks Anthony for packing this product and getting it out to me.”

“Generally excellent service. My gripe is about the postage to the Scottish Highlands, particularly for a small, light item like the evaporation pads I ordered this time. We are consistently being penalised in spite of the fact that we are mainland U.K. and Royal Mail charge the same to deliver here as to the rest of the U.K.”
