“Quick delivery said up to 5 days arrived in 2 I have it a dry test run for 24hrs was fine so loaded it the next day on day 3 of incubation of my quail eggs now so far so good! X”

“Excellent after sales service from The Incubator Shop, reported fault on R.Com 20, diagnosed over the phone as faulty sensor, replacement part arrived the next day by post with printed fitting instructions,incubator up and running within an hour,all free of charge.Thanks to Mike and team for your help.
